Date of Transaction - 08/28/2023 Amount paid - $147.22 Business committed to provide - Pest Control Kit Nature of Dispute - Looks like Fraud or Scam I tried to call them, email them and even chat with them on their website but they did not reply but charged my card on the same day. Order number - ****** I have seen reviews on TrustPilot and some other people had same issues with this company. I already dispute the transaction with my credit card company but this company, Pestie, needs to stop scamming people.Initial Complaint

On Aug 3 I placed an order for a pest control product. On Aug 4 the amount of $43.08 was taken from my checking account to pay for product. I received the product approximately 4 days later and the next morning I sprayed according to the instructions. One week later I was finding more bugs than I had been finding previously. They guarantee this product or a refund. I have sent several emails to the company and have not gotten a response nor a refund. I have not been able to find even a telephone number to contact.Initial Complaint

Received product July 21, 2023. I sent multiple messages to complain about ineffective product and to cancel my subscription. Vendor has not replied to any messages after several attempts. They will not cancel my subscription and have my credit card info still on file.Initial Complaint

Your order details ORDER #******* Shipping Info ***** **** **** * ***** *** Tacoma, Washington 98407 What's in your order Item: Pestie Subscription (Yearly) Price: $136.00 Subtotal: $122.40 Taxes: $12.49 Total: $ I purchased a yearly subscription from this company on May 15. I have received two shipments the last one being.July 1. They have a guarantee. I have sent three emails to the company and after reading hundreds of reviews regarding them not responding to anyone’s emails, I decided it was time to contact the BBB. You can stop your subscription through the account portal. However, if you would like a refund at all, you have to contact them via their email, again an email that they do not respond to. If you go on any social media, including their own Instagram page you’ll see the flabbergasting amount of comments about them not responding to emails. Their product doesn’t work. I even sent them photos. No response. I would like my subscription ended, and I would like a refund, not just for the product that I have not used yet, but for the two that I did, as the product did not work, which their guarantee states it will. Thank you, ***** ****
