My husband got a job in *****, ********* needed to be move up this way within 2 weeks. This was the only place that was calling ** back. Seeing the reviews now I know why. Doing the run thru, Noticed it was an older basement unit however the price was right and we needed to have a home. Doing the run thru **** one of their employees stated that we we get the carport (since we have a RV) and we would have A/C in the unit (saw the temperature gauge on wall). Come to find out the 1st week of move Sept 2022 we didnt have A/C & the carport that we needed was not ours it was for the tenant upstairs. All of September I was asking for a trash can finally received after asking every week (took over a month, I was taking my trash to the park near us). Never received the move in tenant checklist after asking every week since September I finally received 12/12. Notified the company via email, text, and call (*******) we have mold in the bathroom (Health hazard; bleaching), no locks on a few of the windows (basement area), We don't have any utilities in our name and they are charging us $175 per month & wont give me an itemized bill of what we are paying (I have asked each week via email for), no screens on the majority of the windows, some dont even open, maintenance is very nice and comes when we call HOWEVER they cant do anything until we get an approval from PMI. Maintenance said they were getting a rail for the stair when you come down (still haven't see anything which its a health hazard). Found out that the downstairs does not have a cable hook up for internet. Called Xfinity & found out that they can run a line from the upstairs to us downstairs for $70 and need the owners consent. Got the owners consent very fast on a letter however asked who is paying for the $70 crickets. Last but not least is now my husband has recvd a job offer in **** and they are telling us just b/c we dont like "some" things in the unit, its illegal to leave. DONT RENT FROM THEM! Still here.
