    "Vivint lied to me they said all my cameras were free cause I because I've been with them since 2017 so I was calling to cancel the service and the lady who i was talking to said since I was in the loyalty program that I can get free cameras and then turn around they took $470 out my account I have everything recorded this all happened October 16th they said I will get my refund back is October 30th and I still haven't received anything and the lady I was speaking with her name was ********* so don't trust *********"

    "Now I see why they have so many negative reviews, If I can give 0 stars I would, seller ***** came to my house stating that if I switched they could buy me out of my current contract, well, that was a lie, I was told they could only approve me for half the amount, which was not discussed during the visit, I had already cancelled with my previous service, so now I have to go through the trouble of calling my previous service to get reinstated, and then have to eat the charge of getting my service reinstated. After they took everything down, I was also told by the technician ***** that if I decided to not go with Vivint that they can come back and reinstall my equipment from my previous security service provider." ...
