              Started with this ************* 8/7/23. Did not get installed until February did not get turned on until April. We were told how many panels we would need and our bill would go down to $77 dollars a month. Now it is almost a year into it and now we are paying Ameren bill and starting in September we have a bill to pay Everbright. So now I am paying more than we did to start with.When we call we get nothing done. We were asked if we got battery backup. We were not told about them. We did not pay anything up front to get it installed they said it would be at no cost to us. We would be advertisement for them. Well we cannot do that since they have screwed us now.These people are just out for the government money. Yes, we are senior Citizens and need all the breaks we can get.They just lied to is. We have a new roof with these panels screwed into it that does not help us one bit. My bill with ****** is the same as it was. We get no benifit at all from what LGCY did.
