              I ordered dresses from Baltic Born online. At checkout, they charge you a fee for free returns but do not disclose that if you make any returns you will only receive store credit. Apparently you have to search for that information. I ordered over $500 in mother of the bride dresses not knowing which would look the best and planned to return some of the items. When I requested to return, they stated I could only get a store credit.

              Very very disappointed with this company. Their items are not cheap, but I received a defective item, with a broken zipper. The item will not zip up and the zipper has come loose from the seam. I reached out to them 20 days after receiving the item. I was traveling and didnt realize the item was defective until then. They are refusing to give me a refund, saying that the item must be reported as damaged with 14 days. This is unacceptable for a company of their supposed quality to show such little integrity.

We used to only allow 7 days for damage reporting, but adjusted that based on customer feedback to 14 days, which we strictly enforce.
