I ordered a Valentines day gift for my husband on January 20th and it did not arrive by Valentines Day. Even though A GIFT CUSTOMIZED says they offer a money back satisfaction guarantee, they are refusing to refund me for a gift that arrived after 40 days!!!!Initial Complaint

On November 2, 2023 I place 2 orders for the exact ornament. The 2nd order was done incorrectly as was the replacement of the 2nd order. December 2,2020 they sent me an e-mail acknowledging it was their fault and I didn't need to return the incorrect ornaments. January 3, 2024 I get an email that states: "we would like to sincerely apologize for the replacement printed incorrectly. We would like to offer you a 15% refund product value in this case" (I refused the offer, told them I want the ornaments) They also stated they hope to offer me better services in the future. January 6, 2024 I asked for a full refund. January 8, 2023 they assured me my replacement order had already been processed and they were following up with their shipping partner.. Again on January 21, 2024 I request a full refund. January 22, 2024 they requested I send $11.99 to cover the shipping on the replacement ornaments. I responded no just sent me a full refund. January 23rd I received another email stating: " knowing the fault lies entirely on our end we would like to remedy this incident by offering 2 options: #1 replacement of my order with me paying $6.99 or #2 A full refund with me shipping the incorrect ornaments to Hong Kong at my own expense. I refused both offers. I already paid for something I didn't get am not giving them anymore money. They no longer respond to my emails.Initial Complaint

I ordered produce 12/1//24, and to date (1/8/24) still do not have produce nor any committed date for delivery. The tracking they provided just keeps saying "in transit". For the last several weeks they just keep telling me to "be patient" that product will be "arriving soon", but nothing ever changes. After over a month (these were supposedly Christmas ornaments!) I've asked to cancel and refund money but they just keep saying it will "arrive soon" and no response to my request. This company is a scam and should be blocked.Initial Complaint

I have purchased 3, 3D ornaments from this company that looks like it's based in CA, in 2 separate orders on Dec 10th. I paid for express shipping for one order, which shipped from TX to Seattle, WA. 3 weeks later, it's still in Seattle. The 2nd order arrived in Columbus, OH, where I reside, on 12/27, but the updates just stopped here. I'm beginning to think the updates reflected on this company's site are fake and I'm not going to receive the 3 ornaments I've purchased and spent over $90. After much correspondence with their customer service, I've been given a complete run around. They tried to explain that due to severe weather, this is the reason why the first order was shipped from TX to WA instead of to OH, which doesn't make any sense to me. The company only offered a 20% discount off this shipment as I paid for express shipping and they shipped the product to the wrong side of the country? This discount doesn't even cover what I paid for shipping. I'm very displeased and no longer want the product and wish to have a full refund of both orders. I will gladly ship them back upon arrival, if they even come, as other reviews I've read reflect nothing but disappointment after spending so much money for a 3d ornament that doesn't live up to the original description of the product.Initial Complaint

I originally ordered 2 custom hoodies on October 28th, 2023. I received my package on November 17th, 2023, only to find 1 hoodie missing from the package. I contacted the business the same day and was told I would receive tracking information within a couple days for the second hoodie. One month passed and I still had not received a tracking number. I received an unfinished and completely different hoodie on December 26th, 2023. I requested a full refund of $84.91. The business refused and said they could only compensate me up to 30% of the amount paid. Unacceptable! Their website offers a 100% money back satisfaction guarantee. Their website also states that they color match and ensure the product is personalized accordingly. Lies and more fraud! I placed my order on 12/12/23, for a teacher tote bag & personalized it for my daughter; paid extra for expedited shipping to be able to receive it by Christmas and it showed up through my Shop App; gave me a order # and receipt BUT I never received a email confirmation or tracking info and now cannot find the order on their website or track it!? My card was charged! I sent emails to their customer service, to Shop App etc.. I hope I get a refund. November 07,2023 I placed an order for 2 customized ornaments and gift boxes. The order showed it should be shipped in 7 to 10 days. On Nov 21 I placed an inquiry to the customer svc department. I had a tracking number showing it was in transit. The response was that due to recent severe weather and high order volume it was delayed. December 8th, I made another inquiry and received the same response, and today Dec 20th, again the exact same response, just with a new customer service persons name.
