      I ordered a Mexican Bordado Crossbody bag from Mexistuff which I received on 10/21/2024. Upon opening the package I noticed that one of the strap clips/clasps was broken so I emailed their support department, along with photos of the damaged piece. My email at the time just asked if I could get a replacement strap so that I could use the bag. Soon after I received an automatic reply from Mexistuff stating that someone would contact me within 48 business hours. No such thing happened. I sent another email on 10/25/2024 stating I had not hear from anyone. No reply. On 10/30/2024 I sent another email, with photos, stating that the bag was defective. I also stated that previously I just wanted a new strap but that now I wanted a refund. I received their automatic email response. I finally received a reply from their customer support on 11/09/2024, asking to provide my order number and photos so they could further assist. Which I did, again. When I replied to their email with this information I received their automatic response, again. On 11/14/2024 I emailed Mexistuff asking for a refund and informing them I would be filing a complaint with the BBB. I would like to get a refund for the full amount of $34.37 that I paid to Mexistuff. Of course, I will return the bag to them but I need for them to sent me a return label which I have already asked for.

      MEXISTUFF is selling a termo muff, but you had to preorder to get it. I ordered it and a crossbody bag. It should have arrived the middle of begging of this month. I have emails multiple times to the support email they have on the website. But, have never received any reply on why my product is not here. The number that they have is no longer in use. It was only 80 dollars , but it’s more of the morale. The order number give to my PayPal is not availe e based on there track your package. They don’t tell you to purchase insurance in the event it’s lost u til you try to find information does it state that.

      I purchased a custom tumbler from this business back on February 17, 2024. The item was on preorder but then it allegedly shipped in May. I have not heard from the business about the whereabouts of my tumbler nor have they made any effort to reach out to me to settle the matter. Me emails and messages to them have gone unanswered despite their business claiming they reply within 48 hours.

      The order date was April 16, 2024, and the purchase was a Mother's Day gift (La Mama 40 oz stainless tumbler preorder) x's 2 order #****** company name is Mexistuff. The purchase arrived incomplete missing parts of the cup making the purchase useless. The order total was $100.94 at this price I would have expected a response to one of my 3 emails to the customer service email provided ********************* instead I received an auto-response asking for the order #, the product description, and a picture of what I received, which had already been done 2 times before, so I went ahead and replied yet a 3rd time with the requested information hoping to finally receive a resolution. I asked for a contact # and did not get one all I have is an email. I found this company online and received emails pretty regularly advertising merch. At this point months later and with Mother's day wayyyyy past I just would like a full refund, as I had to purchase another gift.

      On 04/30, I placed an order for two items as a Mother’s Day gift, expecting the gift to be delivered by Mother’s Day as advertised on their website and social media. However, I only received 1 item on time. The other item turned out to be a “pre-order,” and they provided me with a fake tracking number that leads to a Chinese website. I have emailed them, but they only respond by saying my item is on order and that I can't get a refund. They also mentioned that I could return the item after receiving it, but I would have to pay for postage. It's now the end of May, and I still haven't received my order or any updates. Their misleading and false advertising on social media and the website are unacceptable. I would like a full refund for my order at this point.Order #******

      Made an online purchase on Dec 19,2023, order number ****** for 2 items sent to a third party as a Christmas gift. One of the items is too big & I want an exchange. I was charged an extra fee for Free Unlimited Return for Store Credit/ Exchanges + Delivery Guarantee × 1. I have submitted a claim to their support email on Jan 19, 2024 and again on Feb 19, 2024. I have received nothing but vague auto responses. I would now like a full refund due to my their lack of customer service.

      I ordered two pairs of size, small pink slippers, and one large brown slipper. I was sent all large sizes, and the company will not respond to my request for correction..

      I purchased the Concha Lunchbox on preorder back on April 2 and their website said they'd start shipping out by the end of April. Then on April 6 they sent another email saying the were having issues and the item wouldn't be sent out until the end of May (possibly sooner). Finally in mid May I emailed them because on their website they changed the date of shipping to mid June. But they never emailed me to let me know that they moved the date again. Now it's 9 days till the end of June and they still haven't shipped anything out. I just want my item.

      So I ordered from ************ kind of funny it's the same company as this so there refusing to refund I never received my order I just want my refund so if nothing is done I will contact my bank customer service takes for ever to reply by always posting on there social media just refund me my 50 bucks scammers

      November 29, 2022 order was placed of a total of $53.60. Confirmation number is ****** since beginning of December it has said being processed. I also emailed December 28 and asked for a response of what’s going on with my product that someone needed to contact me for. I ordered it on the website and it said that it was going to be guaranteed by Christmas. No one responded. and I would like if I do not receive my order by January 29, 2023 a full refund.
