I purchased shoes that I couldn't even get on my feet. I contacted them and told them I wanted to return my shoes and they sent me a label to return them. I returned them and they said they received them and issued me a refund on November 18th,2022. I never received the refund. I have been trying to contact them and have not been able to do so. It is order number 1009040.I would like my refund.Initial Complaint

On 6/18/2022, I placed an order online at https://kizik.com for a pair of Womens Lima Grey shoes, Order number #****** (confirmation email received 6/18/22) cost 92.65 + 6.72 (CA tax) + .46 (San Diego tax) = $99.83 debuted on my bank account on 6/19/2022. I received an update email saying my shoes were shipped via DHL #9261290260107552614895. On 6/22/2022 I received an e-mail saying the shoes were delivered and had a whole delivery tracking history that ended with USPS delivered them at 1:56pm in the box receptacle at the mailbox. There was no delivery. I reached out to the online Kizik customer service and had a "chat" with "John Carlo" who stated the delivery and for me to go to the post office. There was no delivery at the post office either. On 6/23/22 I reached out to the online customer service again and no response.Initial Complaint

Ordered shoes that have never arrived. They do not answer emails and their listed customer service phone number does not work ###-###-####.
