    This company has fraudulently withdrawn $39.95 from my checking account in February and March 2025. I didn’t noticed this charge until I receive a life alert kit in the mail this month that I did NOT order. I called to request a shipping label to send this back and requested a full refund of the money stolen from me. Again, I did NOT give this company my bank information, I did NOT sign a contract with them and I did NOT request this kit from them. I’ve yet to receive the refund or the shipping label as requested.

    In November 2024, Stay Safe contacted my mother in law and convinced her she needed one of their devices. She has dementia and did not remember the phone call. They charged her credit card for $49.95 in November and before we could contact Stay Safe they charged the $39.95 monthly fee to her credit card in December. Upon contacting Stay Safe a very friendly representative informed us if we return the device they will refund the amount. The device was returned and they signed for the return on January 3, 2025. Monitoring the credit card a refund was not received. Understanding it may take the business a little time to process we were not concerned until February. We called on February 20, 2025 and a rude representative informed us that we had to request a refund (we did in December). Being a little frustrated with him I said we are requesting the refund. On March 3, I pulled up the credit card account on the computer to check for the refund. The money had not been refunded so we placed another call. The representative was friendly and said a refund of $89.90 had taken place on February 21. I told her I was looking at the account and there was no refund. She checked with accounts payable and informed me to check the credit card account the next day. It is now the next day, March 4, and two transactions totaling $79.90 have been refunded. This company took advantage of a senior citizen with dementia to sell her a device she would not use, used delaying tactics to refund the money, and then shorted the refund by $10.

    I have been trying to send back some equipment to this company but they refuse to send me the shipping label so that it gets sent to the right place. I do not want to be charged for these products when I am trying to send them back.

    I spoke to a representative and was told I won a free phone. They stated it would be $20-30 a month and I gave them my card information. They took $54 out of my account and said it was an initial charge. The representative was very rude. I was unaware I was agreeing to a verbal contract and now I can't cancel without paying $75 and sending the phone back.

    My 88 year old Mother with dementia started getting billed in October 2023 for a medical alert device. I have tried calling multiple times only to be told I have won a $100.00 gift and they will send a device. My Mother has been with another company for years. Last time I called and asked if it was Stsy Safe Med Alert the call was disconnected on the company end. I want the money refunded and no more charges or contact to this company.

    My mother was living in an independent living facility that provided an medical alert system free of charge. She had dementia and her phone number was on the National do not call list. She passed away on January 15th. I called to ask them why she was being charged $29.95 a month and explained to them that they sold something to her that she did not need and was unable to make those decisions. I was told they would not cancel the charges until the unit was returned. I returned the unit but was once again charged $29.95 plus an additional $75.00.

    Mane call me and tell He need to change my telephone. And tell my company name Which give me last year free telephone and free of usage. He tell because who have SSA. SSI. Its all for free. I tell I already have. But he tell they change every year for free. Explain. Company sent for you new Free telephone free usage. And I got. Watch. With explanation Its contract for 3 years. And impossible To stop contract. Or you have to pay every month for watch and service. I call. They do not want talk to me. I am 70 yo. And have my SSA just $540, In month. How can I pay for the item with I do not order and do not sign the contract They ask to nosy every month And very big fee. Almost impossible Termination the contract. What I. An do ?!!! Safe my life please. Help me.

    My 86 year old mother was contacted by a gentleman from Stay Safe Medical Alert. She was under the impression this was an upgrade to her current lifeline system. She becomes confused easily. She was told the new equipment would arrive in a few days. I told her when it does we will return it immediately. The equipment has still not arrived, and her bank account show a payment for $54.95 to Stay Safe Med Alert.

    This company is a scam! I don't know what conversation was had or how they accessed my information but they stole my Discover card information and tallied up an account for almost $700 so far. I have been disputing this company since I discovered the recurring charges. I reached out to Discover and they instructed me to reach out to the merchant. I reached out to the merchant and was told that once the device was returned to them they would then refund me for the device and not the recurring charge. I never received any device nor did I authorize any charge. I do notice that each time I call it is only one man who answers. It is the same man every time. This is definitely a scam because I do not need some alert device. I use my smartphone for that which I hang around my neck. It alerts authorities if I need assistance so why would I need to purchase an additional device? I am fighting to get my money back but the merchant keeps giving pushback whenever Discover reaches out to them. I did not order any device and I did not authorize this purchase. The person behind this false company needs to be found and put into prison. This is not a legitimate company.
