I ordered boot from Al's sporting Good on November 29. I received the order on Dec 7. When I open the box it had another persons information on the packing slip and I received the wrong size boots for a Christmas present. I called Al's Sporting goods and explained I had a 12 year old who this was his Christmas present and we needed the correct size. After many calls I was told on Dec 16 they would send out the correct size and I would get a tracking number that day. It never came. I messaged then again on Dec 21 and 22 and no response. On Dec 23 they again said they would send me the tracking number. At this point I realize they will not be here for Christmas which was very disappointing.. Again, I still never receive a tracking number. I began realizing I had been scammed. I emailed them again on Dec 29 and they sent me the tracking number from November and no response after telling them they sent me a fake tracking number. Finally Jan 2 they respond that the boots were delivered to an apartment building and they didn't have the apt number so they were sent back. I do not live in an apartment building and there aren't any apartment buildings near me. They then told me they had them in stock and would send me a new tracking number again no response. I am unsure what to do and wanted to see if you could help me.

Box was delivered to a UPS access point and was damaged in transit somewhere along the line. Missing cooler and coffee tumbler. I have contacted the company and have sent detailed pictures per their request. They said they will file a claim with UPS but after it leaves them they are not responsible Items are worth over $340. They say that they won't do anything it is all up to UPS.

The company Als.com sent me 3 products in 1 shipment that were damaged and missing. 2 items were damaged and 1 was missing because the package was torn during shipment. I reached out to their customer support and was advised to email the damaged content so they can file a claim with UPS, which takes 8-10 days. It’s been 2 weeks. I called in to follow up and was told that UPS is still investigating the issue. I requested to ship the damaged items back to Als.com because I no longer want to wait for UPS to finish their investigation. I was told from Als.com that they will not accept the return and that I am liable for the damaged content if UPS rejects the claim. As a consumer, I am not liable if the items arrived damaged and missing. It is definitely not my responsibility to pay for items that didn’t arrive or arrived damaged because of another party’s fault. Als.com told me that I am out of luck if UPS rejects the claim even after submitting all the appropriate pictures. I spoke to their supervisor, Kelly and was told that I will be responsible to continue paying for the damaged content and missing content if UPS rejects the claim because their “policy” states so. On Saturday April 9th I went to the store to buy a pair of running shoes. I also decided to buy a pair of socks as well. The MSRP price was 12.99 and all socks have 20% off. When I went to pay at the cashier, the price with the discount was 11.96 and not 10.39 as it should have been I asked about it and was told the the MRSP actually is 14.99 and not 12.99 as it stated on the sock tag. I asked why the tag doesn’t show the right price and she couldn’t give me a good reason. The customers are being lied to, since not even the receipt show the real price, only the price after the discount, which most customers don’t even realize the couple dollars difference.

Purchased a pair of pants and returned them in ‘new and in-used condition’ within the 30-day return window. The company refused to issue any refund at all. This is fraud!
