      My 8 year old little girl and I are experiencing homelessness. We reserved a hotel at the InTown Suites Extended Stay located in ******* *******. The room 119 is ***** infested, the condition of the room is not in good condition and should not be leased to no one. I reached out to Customer Support via email on September 2, 2022 at 5 am. The reply I received was to address my concerns with the front office, on which I did after seeing the room. There is a huge hole in the kitchen cabinets, and it's all dirty. The air conditioner has water inside dripping and roaches are coming from the cracks in the wall. This is not right! This needs to be on the news
