            My elderly mother in law stayed at this establishment for 36 days last fall. Care was fine, their billing office is a bit of a nightmare. We were told we were paid in full when she left. Several months later, she received a bill for over $2,000.00. I started communication with their business office to try and find the issue. My original phone call was answered and the current business manager blamed the business manager that was in place before her. After that multiple voicemails and emails that I sent trying to get updates and straighten out the situation were ignored. It is now September and we are just going to pay the bill to get it out of the estate. I would not recommend this establishment to others, there are several other good care centers in the valley.

            Thank you for communicating your feelings with us regarding this situation. I am the Executive Director here at the Cascades at Riverwalk and on behalf of all of us here, I apologize for the way this was handled. While the amount owed is accurate, the length of time it took for us to resolve this issue with you in unfair, and I regret that it dragged on this long. We did have a change in our billing **** and there were some things that fell under the radar, this being one of those. Once again, I apologize for the frustration over this matter.
