      Dear Dahle Group Management, I am writing to formally lodge a complaint regarding unethical business practices encountered with your finance representative at Dahle Used Auto Mart concerning the purchase of a 2021 Tesla Model 3 on May 6th, 2024. After deciding to purchase the vehicle, I emailed the finance representative to request the removal of several additional services: the extended warranty, sound undercoat, and 3-year theft protection warranty. The finance representative informed me that the sound undercoat and 3-year theft protection were not optional removals because they were included with all the cars being sold. However, the Tesla I purchased was a recent trade-in from the night before, still containing personal items from the previous owner and barely entered into your system. This raises the question of how this car could already have these non-removable protections installed. Furthermore, when I inquired about removing the extended warranty, the finance representative stated that while it could be removed, my finance rate would increase. This condition is highly irregular. I contacted my credit union, which approved my financing, and they confirmed that this practice is not standard and seemed unethical. This experience has been frustrating and disappointing. I trust that Dahle Used Auto Mart prides itself on ethical business practices and customer satisfaction. I urge you to investigate this matter thoroughly and take appropriate action to rectify these issues. Thank you for your attention to this serious concern. I look forward to your prompt response.

      Purchased a vehicle from this dealership in February 2023, drove it off the lot and not even 5 minutes later the oil pressure light was flashing at me. ********** inspected the vehicle and determined it was a blown motor, fought with the dealership for about a month before they finally decided they would give me my money back. It took them a whole additional month to send the check to my bank, The salesman are shady and lied to me multiple times during this process, they even went as far as giving me a fake tracking number to get me to stop calling. One guy even got on the phone and starting swearing at me.I ******* recommend this place to my worst enemy. They are horrible people and horrible business
