      Finicity is supposed to provide bank account verification so apartment residents can pay rent to their apartment owners. Company touts 1 - 3 days turnaround. I'm on day 4 and company has not processed request. Furthermore, company has an "800" number that is not answered and their "801" number has no way to speak to a human. Incredibly, the automated company directory does not recognize the CEO's name. If you are thinking of dealing with this company, beware: they have NO CUSTOMER SERVICE and have all the markings of a fraudulent scheme.

      A company called FINICITY has been attempting to access my bank accounts. I have never done any business with this company and have reported this to my bank. I called the phone number on your website for them but never got through to a single person. My bank is investigating but this is very disturbing and I don't know what to do!

      In May 2022 I realized that Mvelopes was charging me $95/mth rather than $9.95 as it should have been. When I finally realized it, it had unfortunately been happening for 11 months. I immediately reached out and they did refund 6 months worth in a fairly decent timeframe but ever since I've been fighting to get the remaining 5 months. I kept getting excuses for months that they were working on it, they changed back accounts, etc.... Now I can't even get a response, they closed their chat feature, and there is no phone number. I am owed 100's of dollars and at this point I feel like I will never get it.

      About 2 months ago I signed up for a credit card. That card uses Finicity services to connect to your bank account and get consistant information from your bank. I have tried sending a few facebook chats to Finicity about trying to get them disconnected from my bank account with no response and there is no way to chat with them or email them withough signing up for a paid account.

      We have contracted with finicity for specific reports. we have made several attempts to request help with no response. we also have not been able to get anyone to answer the phone in their offices.

      The online Mvelopes budget program has not been pulling transactions for several months. I have made several support requests via email and chat. I only get automated responses and no resolutions.

      Hello, I am a customer of Finicity's sub-company Mvelopes (budget tracking app). I signed up for Mvelopes' service when I lived in California. I am currently overseas and would like to cancel my monthly subscription to Mvelopes. There is no phone number I could find for Mvelopes, and I cannot access its website & app to log in for cancellation. I, therefore, sent my cancellation request via an email to Mvelopes' support team (the email I had communicated with them before) on April 8. I didn't hear back from the company and received a payment notification for April 13. I then sent a follow-up email to Mvelopes' support team on April 13 and was initially guided to log into the website to cancel my subscription. After stating how Mvelopes' website and app aren't accessible outside of the U.S., Mvelopes customer team said they'd refer my request to their billing team on April 16 and keep me updated. It's almost been a month, and I still haven't heard back from Mvelopes regarding my cancellation request. To my surprise, I received Mvelopes' payment notification for May on May 13. I am now charged by Mvelopes for both April and May, despite my initial cancellation request on April 8. I felt frustrated because I've done my due diligence to inform Mvelopes my cancellation request, given the fact that Mvelopes restricted me from accessing the service overseas. But it appears that Mvelopes didn't take timely action to fulfill rights as a customer's. I am therefore seeking support from the BBB.
