  STAY AWAY!! The most inept ****** on the Wasatch Front. Brought in a perfectly functioning boat to have the outdrive seal replaced, motor winterized, and shrunk wrapped. 18 months later I am still paying for repairs to the service I had done at Adventure Marine. The seal they replaced was installed incorrectly causing water to rush into the engine compartment with such velocity that our bilge pump couldnt keep up. Our canvas boat cover had denim patches sewed on where they burnt the canvas with the torch for the heat shrink. Our hot water heat exchanger was not drained properly and froze, splitting it, destroying it. A water line from the manifold was not clamped in place causing all the water the exhaust manifold took in to blow-into our engine bay. My depth sounder no longer worked and the burn marks from the shrink wrap had to be polished out. When I asked what Adventure Marine was going to do about all the repairs, they went silent. Never heard from them again. Totally ignored. All the promises of great customer service are lies. I paid these clowns $3500 for service. Ive since paid over $2400 to have their service fixed. And not a word from these charlatans.You are better off finding some 3rd graders and having them service your boat

  horrible customer service, took five months to get boat warranty work done after they installed part wrong, just shoot yourself in the foot before you take your boat to them for repair will be less painfull

  As we have responded to you and your other posts before. 

   

  I do apologize for the delay it took us to complete ************. However do to part availability (due to the age of your engine, NLA parts fors your engine), it did take us longer to obtain your parts. However as soon as your part arrived, the very next day *********** was completed. After completion, your boat was then detailed courtesy by us and then you were notified that everything was completed and your vessel was ready to pick up. 

   

  Did a mistake happen, yes indeed it did. And we corrected it as fast as we could.  However if parts were readily available for your engine, ************ would have been completed much faster.

  Paid for part and got the wrong part so they ordered the correct part that I paid for and because I couldnt come and get them for some time they returned my part to the distributor and kept my money and said if I want another I would have to pay again. How can a company return a product you paid for in full?
