On November 10th, I received an email telling me that they were raising my credit limit on my credit card. I checked my account only to find out that they had already raised the limit. I tried calling on November 11th, but they were closed. I called them on November 12th to find out how they could do this without my permission. I got an automated response for a call back at a later time. After an hour and a half they called me back. I talked to the first representative and told her I wanted my credit limit put back to the original amount. She had to transfer me to someone else to do this. After another few minutes on hold I was able to talk to that department. I asked how and why they did that without my permission. I was told that they periodically review accounts and automatically do that. I was also told that most people are happy for the higher limit. He did apologize for the inconvenience and said it would take a few days for the changes to take effect. This whole ordeal took two hours of my day away for something I didn't ask for. I thought they had to have my explicit written consent for a raise in credit limit. Bad business practice on their part. I remember a few years back they automatically signed everybody up for rewards without their permission. America First Credit Union this is your second strike with me. I've been a member with them for over thirty five years and you use to be great. However, you only have one more strike with me and I'll be taking my business somewhere else. You've already lost a home loan to a competitor because of your practices. With all of my business over those thirty five plus years and making money off of me, you would think there would be more employees to handle the call volumes. I already know what their automated response will be to this, just look at all the other complaints and you'll have their answer to this one as well. Stop trying to drum up more business without peoples permission. Leave a message on my phone. Thx

We purchased a fifth wheel trailer from a personal seller in ***** in April of this year. We attempted to register the trailer and was told nothing could be done until the title has been transferred. Fast forward 6 months my husband called the bank and was told they still dont have the title. Come to find out, they never obtained the title during the previous owner owning the trailer and was told theyve been trying to get it for 19 months now. They blamed it on Covid and then proceeded to tell my husband to go in monthly to get a temp tag. What a nightmare. I want this figured out! We own the trailer and would like to know that everything is resolved the way it should be. No one from the bank ever bothered to notify us at all. My husband happened to call before just heading to the dmv again.
