    A real scam. Our realtor purchased a year for us and we only had them out once for an issue with our gas oven and stove. They sent out some guy named Brayden, who gave us no information about his training/what business he was with. The guy examined our stove/oven for about 5 minutes then replaced the parts, which promptly broke a couple months later. **** only has a 30-day guarantee on their work. Now that it's broken again, we had a repair person with INTEGRITY out, who spent an hour doing several diagnostic tests on the oven, and who told us that the part used by the Ibex-selected repair person was "off market" so it was no wonder it broke so quickly. Save your money because you'll not only be paying for the home warranty but you'll also be paying for a REAL repair once their scammy, off-market repairs break.

    Ibex always comes through for us! I am a real estate broker and my team uses ONLY Ibex Home Warranty. I also keep one on my own personal home and renew it every year, even in the years I don't think I will use it...you just never know. (Note: I have personally used their contractors for issues in the past few years, from a faulty mother board on a furnace, to dishwasher and fridge issues, to a water heater expansion tank leak and so much more!)Really important to clients in times of stress are fast turnaround times with excellent contractor work. IBEX vetts their contractors really well, so you get top notch service (and I mean REALLY top notch. Not sure how they get so many amazing contractors on board!!) AND FAST turnaround times. This includes weekend emergencies! They offer the BEST customer service, competitive rates, great communication, easy explanations, a really awesome policy and so much more. As a company, you can tell that the staff and owners just love what they do, care deeply about their customers, and love life, period. They make all of the Realtors and our clients feel like family vs. just "another number". Check them out on ********* too. You will see right away that everyone, including their mascot Hoofer, is in this as a team to provide absolutely the best experience for everyone, Realtors and their clients alike!There is a credit card company that states "Don't leave home without it"... We will say to everyone: "Don't be in a home without it." We love this company and will recommend it to ANYONE (including our grandmothers....) !!!!

    We absolutely LOVE Ibex! They have saved us thousands in repairs, and the repair people they have are always super great and quick to respond! We are so sad our home warranty will be ending soon, but we will definitely always be recommending them to everyone who will listen! Theres no hidden fees when having repairs done, the price thats listed for the copay, is what you will pay! :) thanks Ibex!

    The motor in our AC unit went out on 9/21/22 so we called ibex. They sent out someone to fix it the next day, but they didn't have the right hardware to install the new motor, and would need to order more parts. They said in the meantime, they'd send us a portable fan. The next day, ibex called and said there were actually no fans available. Another week goes by and we get a call from ibex again saying they would send out someone to finally install the new motor on 9/30/22. Well 9/30/22 comes and we get another call saying they still actually didn't have the parts, but that the parts should come on Monday 10/3/22 and a person would come out to install the new motor. When Monday came around we received no call and nobody showed up to install the motor. It's now 10/4/22 and we're on day 14 with no AC and still no clue when ibex will actually fix it. We could have had a family friend install a new motor the day after it went out but ibex said we wouldn't get reimbursed if we did that so we would have to have them do it.

    We called IBex out due to our water heater going out. There was no *********** had a new one by the end of the day at no cost! I love when companies honor their word!!!
