      Item purchased on Nov 25th. Several emails sent to check on shipping. Upon checking, found out this company has a history of not responding to emails and not fulfilling orders. I have yet to hear from them and don’t expect to relieve my item. I spent $58.99

      I ordered the Oversized Mesh Top in size small and medium for 14.99 each from Hazel Avenue on March 19 2022. ORDER #****. I have still not received said items. I have received notification that they shipped on 3/30/22; however, i contacted USPS with “tracking number” and they said they never received the items. I have reached out via email multiple times and have not heard anything.

      I placed my order on March 9. I finally received it April 21 and it is the completely wrong item. They are not emailing me back and have turned off the comments on Instagram. Do not purchase from Hazel Avenue it is a scam. Their owner is removing listings of the items they are scamming people out of.

      I placed an order a month ago. I got a confirmation email, but my order never came. I never got a shipping email either. I tried contacting the company multiple times with no response. This company stole my money.

      I purchased a shirt from this boutique on 3/21/2023 - a black mesh galaxy style top for a concert. It was $14.99, plus $4.99 to ship. I contacted the business on social media and email. The owner deleted all of my comments on social media, as well as comments of most other people looking for their order. They never replied to the few emails that I sent to follow up on my order status. This is an incredibly shady business practice that needs to be investigated. This particular individual is stealing money and never shipping product.

      I placed an order (#****) on March 6th, the website clearly states that orders take 2-3 days to process & 5-7 days to ship. It is now March 21st and the item ordered has not been shipped & the company is not responding to my emails or instagram DMs. They are also deleting my comments on their posts, in which I comment that others should not order from this business considering I have not received the top or an update regarding the order status since it was placed. I would now like to cancel but it appears as if that is not an option & the business has stopped responding to me. I would like to file this complaint so others don’t end up in the same situation as well as get a full refund.

      This business’s policies state, “All orders take at least 1-2 business days to process. Then all orders (unless otherwise stated) are shipped via USPS or Fed Ex Standard shipping, which will take about 3-5 business days.” I ordered a swimsuit from their website on February 28th for $37.15. I still have not received my package and my tracking still says “order placed”. I have sent 3 messages to the owner and sent 2 emails to the company. On the website it states customer support hours are monday-friday 9am-4pm but I have only gotten one response and it was the owner asking my order number which was on March 11th. I am getting very upset with the little to no communication and the fact that I should have received my package already.

      Purchased 3 sweaters from their website in late November/ early December and I still haven't received my items. I have also requested a refund several times with no response from the company.
