I placed an order and received the incorrect order (addressed to someone else on the slip inside). I contacted the company several times and finally received an email back saying that the other customer also said she received the incorrect order and was sending the items back. I received a return code and mailed my items back, with the promise that the correct items would be sent to me as soon as the orders were returned. I have emailed several times in the last month with no reply. At this point, I just want my money back.Initial Complaint

Purchased an order online - 3 items. 1 item was accurate, 2nd item was not the sweatshirt I ordered and the 3rd item was not in the package at all. I have emailed numerous times to the two email addresses on Hazel Avenue's website, not a single response back. I have messaged the owner Matti F****** through Facebook messenger since she claims to be the owner. She has promised a return label and refund for all 3 items but never follows through or messages back. I have all of the emails along with the messages from Matti F******. Terrible customer service and for a business not to ship the accurate order or even respond is not right. She is stealing peoples money and not shipping the full or accurate order.Initial Complaint

I purchased a Twist Tank t-shirt on 4/29/22 through www.jane.com and it was shipped from Hazel Ave Boutique. The top arrived many weeks late and it was very different than was pictured. There was a seam about 5" up from the bottom of the shirt and the material was very different than pictured and the size did not fit. I requested to return the item and was told that I needed to pay for return shipping costs. (The original shirt cost $34.99.) I shipped the item on 6/6/22 with tracking number ********************** via USPS. It arrived at their location on 6/8/22. I sent a follow-up email to Hazel Ave Boutique on 6/15/22 to inquire about the refund and to let them know that my return shipment had been delivered to their office. I have not received a response or a refund. I would like to be refunded the $34.99 plus taxes. My pictures of the return shipment and the email correspondence are attached.Initial Complaint

I placed my first order through Jane.com on February 21, 2022 and it said that it shipped the following day on February 22. I gave it a little while but the tracking never updated and I hadn’t heard anything. I reached out to the company on march 6, 2022 and got no reply. I messaged them again the following week and still nothing. Luckily that order was insured through Route so I was able to be refunded for that one. So then I thought I would give them a second chance and maybe I would have better luck buying from the direct website. I placed another order through the shops website on march 16, 2022. I still haven’t received any information on the item being shipped. I messaged them on April 1, 2022 asking if there was an update or anything and I still have yet to receive an email back or my package.Initial Complaint

I reached out to the company on September 23, 2021 asking if their boots would be restocked and if not could they do a special order for me. They replied back that same day at 12:18pm saying “we just restocked them!!” I then went and purchased the boots directly after getting their email. Fast forward to October 6th and I have yet to hear if my order had shipped. I emailed them that same day asking if there was something wrong with my order and to please get back to me. That same day, I received an email stating that my order had shipped. I did not, however, get a reply back to my original email. Fast forward to October 12th. I decided to check the tracking again and it still hadn’t left their facility. Fast forward again to Oct 19, 2021 and I have yet to receive my item, and tracking still hasn’t changed. I emailed them again and asked if someone could reply to my email and let me know what is going on. No response. That same day, I received an email stating my order was canceled.
