    I purchased windows and doors from Northern Utah Glass, (Andrew's Glass) and Andrew L******. I purchased 17 windows, 1 storm door, and 1 sliding glass door with screen, in July 12, 2021, paying Andrew $8709.50. I got the windows installed in October, 2021, but with only 3 screens for the windows because of the Co-vid Pandemic. I didn't want to pay the last half of the payment because the job was not finished, but Andrew wanted to charge interest on the unpaid balance. I paid the 2nd half of the payment, $8709.50. I finally got the screens for the windows, in April, 2022, after contacting the manufacturer, Amerimax Windows, myself, but no screen door for the sliding glass patio door. Amerimax was taken over by Cascade Windows. Cascade Windows apologized for the delay and within 2 weeks I had my window screens. The screen for the sliding glass patio door, however was a different story. Twice, Northern Utah Glass tried installing the sliding glass door, but both times, they said that something was wrong with the screen door, and could not be installed. to this day, I don't have a screen for my sliding glass patio door. I have called Andrew repeatedly and after promising to get the screen, even saying he would make a screen door on at least 2 occasions, still no screen door. This past summer was a very hot and it should've had my screen door to get fresh air into my home. Again, as of today, I have no screen door, and my calls to Northern Utah Glass have gone unanswered. I would appreciate any help with this matter. I have no animosity with Andrew L****** or Northern Utah Glass, I just want what I paid for.
