      I ordered a shirt on 02/09/24 and it still hasn’t shipped. I asked to cancel the order because it was a gift when I was told it was In printing and couldn’t be cancelled. I was told this almost 2 weeks ago and again it still hasn’t shipped. At this point, I’m concerned about the business, and I just want my money back.

      Purchased a sweatshirt on 1/9/24 for $58.88. Got a confirmation they received my order. Never heard about them shipping so I contacted customer service 1/26/24. Never heard a response until I bashed them on social media. They responded to my email on 2/13/24 saying there was a screening issue. And the would defend my shipping. Never got the refund or my sweatshirt. Email again on February 29 asking for my money back and waiting for a response. If you check their Facebook and Instagram everyone is experiencing the same issue.

      I purchased an item on Dec 10. There was a tracking number. The tracking number says a label was printed but that the item never arrived at USPS. There is no way for me to return the item because the item was never sent. USPS tracking number: ******************************  David Statue Swimsuit - Regular × 1 ORDER #***** Total: $39.83 I have called and left a message and emailed six times and contacted the chat bot on the website. Someone emailed back and said that the item has shipped. When I went to the tracking number it said the item has not shipped. I also received a message from the business saying that USPS could not deliver the item. Again, USPS never even received the item.

      I ordered a garment from beloved shirts and after 10 days of no action I emailed them for shipping info and had no response. I've emailed them multiple times now and no one will respond. I just want my money refunded but it seems impossible at this point. How can companies get away with this?

      Please see document attached. Business: Beloved Shirt (belovedeverything.com) Date ordered: 10/14/2022 Date refund requested: 10/14/2022 Order amount: $59.94 I am filing a complaint to hopefully get a refund as this company refuses to give one even though I followed their policy on refund as stated on their website. All correspondence is listed in the documentation below.
