I moved into Village park apartments on July 2023. During the month of July, I paid a deposit first months rent and second months rent and third month’s rent. Due to a noise complaint, I was told to evict the premises in August. When I went down and spoke with the office, I recorded our session which will show you. She tried to say I didn’t pay any months rent other than the first one in the video it shows you’re going through paperwork to show that I did pay those months rent and she did in fact owe me a refund. she told me any damages would come out of the deposit that was paid for your check, and Septembers rent would be refunded but I could stay till the end of August. She told me it would take three days to receive this check. The original amount was $1543. The check I got back with $1100. They sent me a letter stating they took out money for damages from my months rent after the video proves, she said she wouldn’t now they are avoiding all of my calls, texts, and voicemails. I need help getting the rest of my money back. The check deposit they sent back to the person who sent it my Bishop. They never took the damages out of it before they sent it so instead they took it out of my months rent.
