I am very glad I choose BLUE RAVEN SOLAR as my Solar company. They were professional from Sales man through installers and notifications from customer service. My only complaint would be the promise of one day installation. It took two different appointments to finish plus one more to fix some issues of inspection failier from **************** Inspector involving no posting of electrical stick on signs on power boxes. It took 5 weeks longer to get my system turned on than was planned. So all in all I would recommend BLUE RAVEN SOLAR for a solar company. Just be prepared for some possible delays. I kinda think the really bad review I read was from a competitor. They are a great company.CRD

There arent enough words to explain our frustration with this company. If I could give 0 stars, I would. We were approached in February 2024 by a salesman at our home. He was very nice, very convincing, and appeared very knowledgeable. We took some time to consider putting solar panels on our house, and ultimately said yes. The panels were installed on our roof at the end of August. Inspection failed on October 9, due to lack of critter guard installation. This is required by the city, and a competent project manager would know this. We have now had 4 different installers, over the course of 3 months, either tell us the critter guards that were sent to us were the wrong size, I ran out of daylight and will need to return, the last installer jimmied the wrong size guards on your panels (with a video to prove it), and finally, the most recent one saying everything is installed correctly, then running out to his car to leave when he was called out on his lie. We have emailed and called numerous people within the company, with very little return communication. Its now the end of December, and the weather kept the most recent and 5th installer from getting on the roof - so yet again, we are waiting for the correct critter guard to be installed correctly. During this waiting process, we have been contacted by the loan company to start paying back the loan. Luckily, they will defer payments until they are operational, however, interest will still accrue. So theres no problem with Blue Raven getting their money without supplying the customer with the product and service. Overall, this entire process has been nothing but ultimate frustration, and we now wish we would have gone with another company or no solar panels at all.

I had an incredible experience with Blue Raven Solar from start to finish. The entire team was professional, knowledgeable, and truly dedicated to making the process seamless. Their consultant, Mantas (****) Makaras explained everything clearly, from the installation process to the financial savings, and made sure I felt confident every step of the way. **** was genuinely invested in helping me understand the benefits of going solar and stayed engaged throughout the entire process. The installation was done efficiently and on schedule. Their customer service was excellent any questions I had were promptly answered (no long hold times), and they kept me informed at every step of the installation process. I'm excited to see significant savings on my electric bills, and its nice to know that I am contributing to a greener planet. Blue Raven Solar delivered on every promise and exceeded my expectations!

I spoke with this company months ago and decided not to go with them and made this clear to the sales **** The sales *** I was assigned was incredibly pushy, rude, and presumptive. Now 3 months later, I am getting COLD CALLS from different numbers from a 704 area code, that ring twice and then hang up. No voicemail, and daily calls. When I call them back, they all route to Blue Raven Solar company. I called them and let them know to put me on a Do Not Call list, which should be a given since it had been months since I informed them I won't be working with them; I am also on the National Do Not Call Registry. Now they have other sales ***s inquiring COLD TEXTS whether I went with other companies. I wish I never had the displeasure of having given them a moment of my time.

They did exactly what they said they would. I have family in 4 different states, that have their panels. Excellent work all around. Corporate always keeps us updated on everything going on if some trope of issue pops up!

Fortunately, we were able to cancel within the 3-day period, but it would have been easy to take their word for all the promises that they made and believe everything they told you was in the contract. We had a phone consultation, and during the call, we were promised a $500 bonus check, the first 18 months of loan payments, and up to $1500 for each referral (an increase over the standard referral bonus plan). We were about to wrap up the call, and the salesperson (********) had ***** come onto the line and coordinate our site visit, etc. She mentioned that any promises must be in writing to be valid. But, during the call, we were rushed to digitally sign all the paperwork while the salesperson kept asking if we were done yet so we did not have an opportunity to fully review the paperwork. However, I thoroughly reviewed all the paperwork the next day and none of the promises they made were in the documentation -- even though ******** said he was going to "document the marketing promises". This is a good reminder to take time with any major purchasing decision and review all paperwork before you sign anything.
