1 starThe referral program has now become scam. They dont pay the referral bonus stipulated on their website. I have not been paid for my referral even though the installation was completed more than a month ago. I will not recommend referring anyone to Blue Raven anymoreReview fromMichael E

Solar Panels are efficient when the sun is shining. With that being said they work good in full sun. My install was delayed for almost 6 months due to no laborers in *****. Their instructions were easy to follow. Once installed I had to wait on the inspection. They were installed in October. I am looking forward to how they will do in the summer. No issues yet, other than a lot of cloudy days.Blue Raven Solar, LLC

1 starAfter telling 3 gentleman that came to our door we were not interested, we received text messages the next morning, cussing at us and being very passive aggressive about us turning down their services. Now my husband is receiving 2-5 phone calls from Blue Raven daily trying to sell him their solar panels. We have asked numerous times to be removed from the call list and to stop contacting us, and still daily he is receiving call after call.Review fromTyrell J

Their door to door sales people keep coming to my home knocking when I have a no soliciting sign, I keep asking them to stop coming by, their sales team keeps calling me trying to get me to buy solar. I have asked repeatedly to be taken off their calling list, I am on the National Do Not Call Registry. I have filled a complaint against them. I am tired of getting calls several times a week. I run a small business and answer every call that comes in as I am not sure if it is a prospect calling. It is a time burner and I am tired of it. STOP CALLING ME!!Blue Raven Solar, LLC

We have had our solar panels for about a year now. It was working great (once they got them running), but one day the power went out in town and it messed with our solar panels. Now they wont work and we cant get someone to come work on them because they have no one in the area. So we are paying twice the amount monthly for our power bill, because we are still paying off the panels. My main question is why does a power outage in town cause such a mess with my solar panels? Shouldnt it not be affected? That was one of the reasons we got them in the first place. ****. So after 3 weeks of them not working we might have to find a third party repair company. More financial stress and hassle for us when our next baby is due any day. I wish it was a better experience. Hopefully we can work it out and have a better experience from here on out, because when they were working it was such a blessing especially with the increases from our power company this year.Blue Raven Solar, LLC

1 starBlue raven solar is a SCAM! I have been paying for 5 month and they have yet to meet the criteria to turn it on or to inform us what is wrong with the system or why our power company will not turn on the solar power. We have called many times and ask what is wrong and we get nowhere. They say the will call us but never do. I think it is time to let our state representative and our attorney general and even the media know what a scam this is. SO IF YOU READ THIS PLEASE DON'TMAKE THE SAME MISTAKE WE MADE. Blue Raven Solar was good to work with when they wanted your business and was installing the solar panels. Our issue came when we needed to have our panels removed to replace our roof. Blue Raven would not return calls when reached out to and the form that needed to be signed for the roofing company to shingle the house sat on someone's desk for 3 weeks. After getting the legal forms signed Blue Raven was now 6 weeks out to remove the panels. They would not schedule a panel reinstall until the uninstall had been done. This meant that when I roofers finished 2 days after the panels were removed we had to wait 3 weeks to get the panels installed again. Mind you the panels are in the garage in the middle of winter so car is sitting in driveway in January in ****. After panels were reinstalled the roofing company did a final inspection of the roof and noted that the excess black sealant used to reinstall the panels was wiped on the brand new shingles where there were no panels. When I contacted Blue Raven and sent them the pictures of the black sealant clearly visible on the new $24,000 roof, I was told the black sealant cannot be removed and the sealant is used in our standard repair and it is considered aesthetic issue only. The roofing company said they would need to replace 25 shingles so the black sealant is not visible and Blue Raven will not pay to have the shingles replaced. Our roof is brown and the black is very visible from the ground and is not where the solar panels are. The black is between solar panels. The installer just got lazy and wiped the excess sealant on the roof instead of using a rag. Terrible customer service and very unlikely I would recommend Blue Raven to anyone.Blue Raven Solar, LLC

Our sales rep ****** was extremely impressive. He asked us if we wanted to be left alone until install or receive weekly updates via text or email. I chose the weekly updates and he made sure they were sent every week on Friday morning. The install crew was extremely professional and polite. They cleaned up after themselves and completed the job in less than 1 days time. My Solar is saving me money and I couldnt be happier.Blue Raven Solar, LLC

I have a do NOT solicit sign in my yard and one on the door ****, an employee from this company did not respect my sign and did not respect when I asked him to respect the signage.
