I have never done business with these people and had to Google who they were. There have been multiple calls from ###-###-#### asking for personal information to determine my qualifications for Covid relief pay. I no longer own my business and asked them multiple times not to call me. I am on their do not call list but they're persistent on calling randomly sometimes as much as 4 times in a day.Business response

We want to apologize for the calls you are getting. Please be assured this is not our company that is calling you. We only reach out to our current clients. We have found that another company is using our name. Our attorney is working to get this issues resolved and will do everything in our power to get the calling stopped. This company continues to call my home, unsolicited, despite my returning the call and demanding to be removed from their list.I am also on the national do not call list and have reported Erc Pros to this agency as well.Business response

We truly apologize for the annoyance of these calls. These calls are not from our company. We have found that another company is calling using our name. Our company attorney is working to resolve the issue of using our company name. Please be assured that we only call customers that we have a relationship with. We are located in **** and do not make calls from other states. Please accept our apology while we work to resolve this issue. I tried to reach out to the customer to explain what is happening, but was unable to reach her.Customer response

I called *********************** and was able to speak with him. I explained that we are having problems with another company calling and saying they are us. I let him know that we only reach out to our clients and do not call and bother other people. I let him know we have our attorney working on this issue to get it resolved. I have repeatedly received spam calls from this company. I have blocked multiple numbers, tried to find a way to get myself off their list, and answered calls to tell them to stop calling. I do not have a company that their service is even eligible. This is becoming a multiple time a week occurrence.Business response

I answered the phone at my place of employment to be interrupted with, "is there a manager, owner or anyone else I can speak with?" I responded with, "I am sorry, I just answered the phone, can I help you?" To which I was met with, "no! there is no message". I don't have time to field useless phone calls. We are part of a larger company and can not work with whatever you do. The called was very rude and I work in an industry where I deal with frustrated people everyday. I don't need additional people being rude when we will never work with them. Suggestions:Let the person finish the greeting before interrupting. S State who you are and why you are calling before demanding to speak to someone else. Be a decent human. This is the number they called from ************ ERC PROSBusiness response

Based on the information provided, we can certainly understand that the number that called seems to have been extremely rude. We have checked our employee records and this number is not one from our company or any of our employees. We have had problems lately with other companies using our name. Our attorney is monitoring these issues closely. Please know we do not do business like this and are working to investigate and mitigate these type of issues.Customer response

Up to four daily spam calls from multiple different phone numbers.I am on the do not call list. ************Business response

We understand that robo calls are so frustrating. Our company does not use predictive dialing or robo calling. All of our calls are done by live agents. We have spoken with other customers stating that they have received these calls, as well. We have done extensive research to see who is using our name. We have had no success in tracking down who is making these calls. We have had customers give ** the phone number that displays on their phones. None of the numbers given are owned by our company. We have called these numbers to get more information, but no one answers the calls. We truly believe these are spam calls from someone trying to get personal information.
We are frustrated as well and understand that continuous calls from someone stating they ** is annoying. We have not stopped trying to find out who is behind this and will continue to work on this issue. We truly apologize for how frustrating this is. We are encouraging anyone getting these calls to make sure they are on the government DO NOT CALL list, as well as blocking the number from their phone.
