I previously complained to the company I thought was named Derma Inc., but since then I have found that the maker of the product in question ia Avaivy, in Atlanta, Georgia - however, the parent company is Ceno Nutrition in Orem, Utah. I began receiving phone calls 7 days ago from someone who says her name is Hannah G****. The number she calls from is ###-###-#### which is listed as JP Morgan Chase. She said I purchased a product called Derma Vanilla on November 19, 2022 as a trial basis and that I agreed that if I didn't cancel in a certain amount of time ( she didn't tell me how long I had to cancel) that I would receive shipments monthly of $600 a month. She said I received a shipment on November 19, 2022 and December 5, 2022, and I would need to pay $119 to cancel future shipments. I asked for the tracking numbers and she gave me the following , for November 19: **********************  and for December 5, **********************. I could not get any information from the USPS for those tracking numbers. I asked her for a copy of the agreement, and she said she could not provide a copy because she was the billing department. I asked her for the number to the department that could provide it, and she said I could only deal with the billing department. I never to my knowledge purchased the product Derma Vanilla. I have no record of it in my email and when I put it in my email search Amazon comes up, but I don't see it in my Amazon orders history.

I would like to file a complaint for the company called Renentia for a Skin Serum they sent me as a trial sample in May of 2023. I payed $6.00 for shipping at that time. Now they tell me that I owe $122.00 for continuous products that I never ordered or received. I do believe this is some type of scam, hope you can help with this matter…Thank you.

Evidently we were charged in 8/16 by Good Men’s Clothing. This is a scam that may have charged us for the last four months. The product was never ordered but when it appeared in our mailbox it was not accepted and was “refuse, return to sender”. I have emailed the company repeatedly only to be told to call the 800#.We have been out of the country and I haven’t been able to call up until yesterday. This is a very fishy organization. They will not refund the money saying they don’t have a return policy but then offered me discounts. So far they have charged me $167 for product I never ordered or accepted. They run the charges under Elleur skin, Avaivy, Good Men’s Clothing, True Health, Ceno Nutrition and who knows what else.
