      Very pushy door to door salesman who also ignored our no soliciting sign.

      Were very sorry to hear this was your experience. We train all of our appointment setters to respect No Soliciting signs and have clear instructions in place: if someone points out a sign or declines in any way, theyre expected to apologize and leave politely and immediately.We take pride in maintaining positive interactions with everyone we encounter. While most interactions go smoothly, thats no excuse when someone feels uncomfortable - so when we receive feedback like this, we take it seriously. Well be reviewing this with our team to ensure our standards are being upheld.If youre open to it, wed really appreciate the chance to learn more so we can identify the individual who visited your home and speak with them directly.       This is a dishonest company with a long history of deceitful tactics. If they are willing to do this to get a sale, I can't imagine what it would be like to do business with them. There are plenty of other companies that offer the same services this without resorting to such shady practices. My advice is to STAY AWAY from WaterQuest!I was approached by someone representing WaterQuest who claimed they were tasked with conducting regular quality and safety checks of the residents' water systems.The person made it seem like they were representing the **** So, I asked, "are you with the ***** They said, "No, we do this for Salt Lake County."Like most others on here, I made an appointment, looked up the company and realized they were being deceitful and dishonest. There is no need to deal with a company like this.
