      This company is an approved *************************** (CHI) approved vendor. I am not sure how much kickback was give to CHI to be approved vendor. By the rules from my franchisor, I have to use them as my WiFi provider out of the 3 approved vendors. During my recent upgrades I was informed that i will have to replace Cate 5 Cable to Cate 6 along with 12 Access Point (AP). I was quoted CIS EAP101-T (Indoor) Access Point - ******ax (WiFi6) Dualband Concurrent, 2x2,enterprise-grade, Wi-Fi 6 indoor access point - Includes 3 ******************************* for AP ***************** ***** Consumption 22.4W **** 12 $235.00 $2,820.00 ES-8 port Switch ES-8 port Switch 2 ****** ****** Post Install **************** Install signal test 1 ***** ***** *************************************** 1 ***** ***** Install Installation Labor and Materials 1 ******** ******** The $7,167 was for labor and materials to install new cable through the building. The tech when arrived only replaced the 12 AP and left. No new cable, nor any other "labor" was preformed. Air 2 data only wants to refund me $2,950 as the others were used to "replace" the 12 AP. This is highway robbery and i want someone to look into this.
