      I purchased a dining room table from ****** Furniture in September of 2022, during which a 5-year warranty was offered to us and we decided to move forward with it. Within this warranty it clearly states that Bubbling, Peeling, or Cracking of a finish are covered. Recently we had an incident where the finish peeled off from the table on a small area. We called and filed a claim. The claim was denied, company is stating that the finish dissolved and "color loss" is not covered yet I have the layer that "peeled" off in my hands. This is clearly a case where a company is trying anything to get out of their contractual commitment when its not a $5 fix. Repairman even said before departing that he'd expect it to be replaced as it was clear it had peeled off and failed.

      On oct 7th 2022 I file a claim , claim #******* for ink mark and discoloration on my love seat. According to my protection plan I am covered for 5 years against stains, ink, crayon, paint, rip, scratch, burns, cracking, break of mechanical. Calm was denied, reach out to the company and was told what’s on the service protection is not accurate even though it clearly state wants included. I sent pictures to the company they didn’t sent anyone out to look at the sofa, try reaching out to a manager and was told they won’t answer my calls.
