      Placed an order for a health product, they were offering BOGO, buy one get one free. When order ***** arrived, it had only one product in it, instead of 2. I have reached out to their phone number multiple time, each time the call just hangs up. I have reache dout via email, no response.

      Ordered product through their Amazon store on 07/14/23. Their shipping guidelines state they ship within 2 days of order. The delivery date was 07/21/23. Ordered on July 14, 2023 Order# ******************* It is 07/22/23 and nothing has been delivered. I check Amazon again and they tell me I have to contact Elements of Health Care. So I do. The first rep, Erica was rude. She spoke over me and at me. No help. I go back to Amazon to ensure I had the correct number. I call back. Apparently orders placed through Amazon cannot be seen by EHC's customer service (odd because it states on Amazon they are the seller and shipper). They still cannot help and it fact told me to wait several more weeks. WHAT! Law states online sellers have to ship when they say they will, it is the law. So, I go to USPS and look at the tracking number and USPS is still waiting on the item. EHC has never shipped it, just made the label. I call back with this information, and they state they have now escalated my issue (btw, they still cannot see my order in the system). At this point, they have not shipped my order. They need to replace my order and refund me the $92.88 I paid as they have not kept with their shipping time agreement they post publicly on Amazon and the laws of online sellers according to the FTC, which my next step is to report them for fraud with the FTC.

      on May 5, 2023 we placed an order. We received the shipment, but it was damaged. Some of the items broke in shipping, and the entire order was covered in the product, making it all unusable. Cost of order - $416.00 Order ID#************ Multiple emails have been sent, I have received a response from "*******", but no refund or replacement order has been received as of today.
