    Horrible customer service. Charges you for autoship even when they know the product is not available, without any notification. Sends incorrect products then refuses refunds

    It has been over a month disputing unwanted charges of almost 300$ charged to my credit card. I was lied to about being refunded, was encouraged by two people in the company to invest without explanation of terms. They also charged my for and sent unwanted products...cost me to return..and they yet to reimburse me for...just disgusted by my entire experience..they charge premium price for basic biological science....I'd recommend avoiding this company...they are high pressure not forthcoming and dishonest!

    Opened up my checking account today to find that Q Science took $690 out of my account. I had NEVER heard of this company until today. Filed a fraudulent claim with my bank, I guess we shall see what they do about it.

    Great products and customer service. Not sure why there are less than stellar reviews. The products work as advertised and are higher quality than other supplement companies. Would not hesitate to buy from them again.

    Products lack transparency in what is in them and where they come from, especially for consumables. They have some quality assurance sheet that supposedly guarantees everything is rigorously tested, but there is no proof of that. They state that they have these QR codes that will take you to 3rd party testing, but they do not work. Some products have sucralose and artificial dyes and chemicals. They have a "THC-FREE" CBD product that was tested by a lab and found to have enough THC to fail a drug test! Now they have started to sell household consumables to encourage ambassadors to self-consume and enter a never ending purchasing circle, which generally only benefits those at the top of the organization. They sold bracelets, dryer *****, trail mix, candles, soap and now toothpaste. The hype around limited quantities is a classic sales tactic, and they constantly move on to the next thing. Someone needs to look into their FFM program, where they internally sell retirement and life insurance and find out who is getting commissions and fees from that. I say stay far away from this company.

    Expressed to my representative I was not happy with the products they were not fitting to me, was brushed off, asked what to do from company and straight denied a refund. Don't waste your money on the pills or shakes you won't be able to stomach either. :(

    Had faulty sleep sprays, contacted customer service, they refuse to send a replacement! No longer a customer! If you can't stand behind your product, you shouldn't be in business. Done.

    High quality products! My hair was Thinning from hypothyroidism. I have never had my hair grow so quickly. Within 3 weeks I have people asking me if I have hair extensions! I have never felt better. The detox tea is Also a game changer for bloating!

    The worst website and customer service!!! I have attempted to order the sleep spray twice for my mother. The first time, nothing happened. The second time, I got the order confirmation stating it would be shipped within 1-2 business days. I never got a shipping confirmation. Two weeks later, I called customer service and they would not give me any information on the missing product until I gave my credit card information again??? The rep that sold me the product says she cannot help either. Oh...and the shipping...$12 on any size order. We tried to order the recurring spray-two tubes a month. They are probably .2 ounces each. $12 shipping. DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY!!!!

    This is nothing more than a pyramid scheme By purchasing products, youre not helping the person who got you to buy, youre helping the very few thats sitting at the top of the pyramid who make all the money! I mean ****% of people who sell for MLMs LOSE money! Thats a fact that comes straight from the *** website. These products no different than you would buy at your local GNC store. Save yourself money and the headache of having your bank card charged illegally!
