My daughter and niece worked for this company, for 7 months and based in their sales performances they were promised to be paid a commission rate. In the end, they were each supposed to receive about $40,000. However, their manager / closer continuously lied throughout the summer about what jobs they sold actually sold vs the fallen through ones, along with the percentages they were going to receive off each job. This was so the manager could keep them at the company making himself more money while stealing from them. In the end, they only received about $10,000 and were out of luck. Once management found out about the manipulation and lying, they were promised that the wrong would be made right, however, they turned on them by eventually saying theres nothing we can do. They didnt even fire the dishonest manager, and are continuing to prey on young college students who dont know better than to stay as far away as possible from this company. They are all liars, shady, and are only out for their self interest. There are no ethics at this company because all upper management only cares about seeing money come through the door. In addition, I believe they are not filing taxes or following legal accounting practices because payments were often made from the individual managers pocket via venmo instead of from the business itself. They were also incentivized to create LLC accounts as the sales people so they could avoid paying self employment taxes, although their income was technically coming from Vantage Solar.
