I ordered 3 items on September 2nd, 2024 through Flexliving. I received 1 item and waited several weeks before contacting them about my remaining items. They corresponded back with me stating they are “made to order” and it will be fulfilled soon. I waited in November and reached out again back in December since I still did not receive the remaining two items. They reassured it would be shipped before Christmas and it was not. I asked for a refund back in December/early January and still have not heard from them or received my refund.Initial Complaint

I had made an order online with Flexliving on 11/30/2024. I had only partially received my ordered. I have emailed them continuously to solve this issue but I have not received any updates as of lately not even a tracking number for the rest of my items.Initial Complaint

Placed order 5/23/23 for twos pairs of shorts and a shirt totaling $127.24. Was told some items may be on back order and a wait was possible in a email 5/30/23. On 6/17/23 I receive a email saying my “order is almost ready for shipment” with no other information. I wait a couple weeks and no other information was provided. During this time they were consistently promoting the product I had ordered on their social media. I reach out via their contact form on the website and get no response. I give it a couple of weeks. After this I comment on their social media stating my order has not come after 2+ months of waiting. I was ignored on multiple comments until I comment that I am going to reverse the charge with my bank, and I was told to “send a DM with order number.” This DM is ignored until they send out my order, and then they respond that my order has already shipped on 8/3/23. When I finally received my order on 8/7/23 the quality was beyond subpar. I submitted a review on their website that was taken down. I received an email from the company in regards to my negative review saying I could follow the steps to return. However I do not trust this company to not take my money AND product given their shady practices. All of the reviews on the website are 5 and 4 stars. My comments on their socials have been deleted. They delete all negative reviews and comments. I saw reviews from people who never received their order at all.Initial Complaint

Never received items purchased through this website . Karen whoever that is continues to send emails stating the items i purchased are back in stock but never sent out my order two months now . Horrible company to buy from. They ignore emails and refuse to send refunds for items they never sent .Initial Complaint

I completed an online transaction on July 17th. At that time a received a confirmation of the order and my credit card has been charged. I have not received any communication in regards to the shipping of my order and have not received responses to my emails inquiring about it. Their phone number is not in service and I cannot receive any help or updates. I would like to just cancel my order and be refunded at this point. However, my credit card was compromised and I need to provide new information to get a refund - this is impossible without being able to call them.Initial Complaint

Purchased 3 items may 20th. Have received 2 of the 3 items with the 3rd item promised to be delivered "late June". Contected them 4 times before filing a dispute with PayPal as I never received a response. A few days later at the beginning of July they said it would be shipping out soon or would I like a refund. I said soon would be fine. It's now been another whole month and nothing. I have tried to email there customer service department and have not gotten a response. On 3/06/2022, I purchased products from FlexLiving via Instagram. ORDER #*****. As of today, 5/26/2022 (over 2 months) I still have not recieved my order. I emailed 4 different times requesting my money back. I was assured each time that the customer happiness team was looking into delivery. Each time I requested to be refunded and was not accomodated. I just want my money back. I know I will never see my order.
