I did not receive a statement of anything I owed to Revere Health. Instead, I got this text message: "From MLC, a debt collector. You are enrolled to receive texts regarding your $36.00 unpaid balance with Revere Health Care. . . Ref# ******** This is the first time I had been contacted by a debt collector, and I have not received any statement from “MLC” via mail or email prior to this. Attempting to rectify this with Revere, I asked for an itemized statement which they could not produce. This is shady billing practice. And all for $36 for a missed copay that they neglected to collect from me in the first place. As an NP, I will not be referring my patients to them ever again nor will I ever seek medical care from them again.

Dr Michael Anderson, at Coral Desert Orthopaedics, performed a hip replacement on me on May 15, 2024. I have had a difficult recovery, mostly pain. I have had at least 6 follow up appointments with the Dr and he has never provided any helpful or useful information to any of my questions. The latest appointment I had with him was on September 3, 2024. I asked questions about my condition and what may be causing my problems. To each and every question I posed to him, he answered, "I don't know". Over and over he said, "I don't know".

If I owe Revere Health money, they should send me a bill and tell me what I am paying for. Instead, I got this text message: "From MLC, a debt collector. You are enrolled to receive texts regarding your $61.62 unpaid balance with Revere Health Care. . . Ref# ********  As this the first time I've been contacted by a debt collector, I am assuming this is a scam. Revere can reach out direct to me for payment. And they can contact MLC as MLC may be tarnishing their name.

This is my regular doctors office that is "In-network" with my insurance. I saw them for a test that is 100% covered by my insurance when In-Network. The doctor I saw or the office itself submitted my bloodwork to a lab that was "out-of-network" without informing me they were going to do so nor getting my consent to do so. I have done lab work there before many times and never had this issue so now I received a surprise bill of around $1,000. I have also submitted this complaint to the Utah Insurance Department and they are looking into it as well. This feels like it should be illegal really.

I received a bill from Revere health on 9/18/2023. There is no due date for the payment. Utah law requires a due date be placed on the bill. In December of 2023, the business sent the bill to collections, charging a $50 fee to do so. Again, this was illegal, as the business had no written contract to charge collection fees. Now the collection agency has charged me a great deal of interest. It seems very unfair to send a bill to collections without even providing a due date, even while charging a late fee to do so.

I used Revere Health in February when I broke my ankle. In March I recieved a statement from Revere Health and I started a payment plan with money being taken out on the 20th. In July they tried to take out the money on thr 17th and the money wasn't available and they ended my payment plan. In August I got a letter from Revere Health stating that if I didn't pay by 10/20/23 they would send my bill to collections. On 9/26/23 I was sent a letter from a collections agency about the Revere Health bill that I was told I had until 10/20 to pay. I called Revere Health and they told me I still had until 10/20 to pay the bill in full. I called today 10/18 and they wouldn't let me pay them and told me I was wrong and not understanding the letter and that it was not their policy. The letter states that I have until 10/20 to pay $1075.36. I made a payment in September so the balance should be down to $975.36. I would just like to pay my balance to Revere Health. I spoke to Ella, a manager and she told me all different things and it didn't seem like she didn't even understand what she was trying to say. She tried to tell me in so many words that I didn't understand what she was saying, I understand but it didn't make sense. She also stated at first that she has no idea about the letter and then when I keep talking about it she kept trying to tell me it was for other charged that I don't have.

My appointment was made for feb.3rd. And i scheduled this with Anita, 2 weeks prior.. Then Anita just simply cancelled my appointment without notifying me.

I went in to the revere health urgent care in provo utah yesterday after being stung by a bee. My throat was closing up and I was having issues breathing. Instead of giving me an epi pen the lady at the desk got a nurse and the nurse insisted I go to the ER. They said if I could not drive myself they'd call an ambulance. They risked me driving myself 3 minutes away while my throat was getting worse instead of giving me an epi pen.

On 6/20 I visited the Revere Health Dermatology in Lehi *** * **** * ***** ***. I saw Nurse Practitioner Nicole R**** for an evaluation for moles on my body. After the exam Nicole mentioned that none look cancerous. In our discussion I asked if any can be frozen/removed. Nicole said that she would freeze 5 moles that were bothering me for FREE but If I wanted anymore then there would be a cost of $150. I responded that I do not wish to spend any money to freeze/remove any of my moles if there was a cost. Which Nicole again said that she would be willing to freeze 5 for FREE. I showed her which 5 moles were my most concerned and she froze them for me and when she was done I thanked her. I received their bill and my EOB from my Insurance company around the end of July, in which I noticed that Revere Health charged me for removing my moles. Amount that I owe, after insurance adjustment, is $114.40. My first thought is "why are they charging me when Nicole said there would not be a charge for freezing my moles?" I contacted Revere Health billing at ###-###-#### and talked with Izzy on Monday Aug 15. I mentioned to her that I wasn't sure why I am being billed for the removal of my moles when Nicole said it would be FREE. Izzy said she could send a email to the office manager and request an answer. The next day, Tuesday Aug 16, I received a call from Revere Health, I do not remember who I talked to, but they mentioned that the response was that the removal of my moles is a valid charge. I asked if I could speak to the office manager but was told that I could not. So, I am not allowed to speak to the office manager to plead my case. I am seeking that the charge for the removal of my moles be removed from my bill because I was told that it would be FREE. thank you, *******

I had a sleep test done on Sep 27, 2021. I was told from dr P******s office that it was 100% covered or else I would not have done the test. I am not being charged hundreds because of that bill. I also pay every single time up front for an office visit and they sent one to collections saying I didn’t pay it. They have been charging me for so many things they say are covered and I have just payed them but I’m so done getting random bills. I haven’t even been in the office for almost 8 months because I don’t trust them anymore and they don’t even return phone calls with results.
