If for any reason an IBO,Preferred Customer or Retail Customer is dissatisfied with any Qivana product,then he or she may return that product to Qivana within thirty (30) days forreplacement, exchange or full refund of the purchase price, less any shippingand handling charges.
An IBO or Preferred Customer may return resalable productfrom his or her last two orders that is unopened, undamaged and with at leastsix (6) months remaining before its expiration date for a product exchange orrefund (less shipping and handling). Discontinued product may not be exchanged or returned for a refund.Qivana charges a 25% restocking and processing fee on any product that isreturned.
