      I have had a deposit down for two years and there is no way to contact them to cancel my order and get my deposit back. Crazy

      I bought a 2020 Venice Blackjack at the end of 2019 and it has been h*** If you need parts it's takes months. Most of the dealers that sell them won't work on them and soon after they see how difficult it is to get parts the dealers pull the plug and stop selling them. I am now in ************** stuck with a vehicle that no dealer will touch and all I need is a guide rod s**** to be tighten because I can't reach it. There has to be some kind of legal action that I can take. The recalls that I found was because I searched for them or ran into them by mistake. I really need help to get that s**** tighten and then I will sell it. Please do your self a favor and "DO NOT BUY this vehicle. I have sent countless emails and made a few phone calls and nothing.

      I purchased a 2022 vanderhall Venice and it was down for repairs 6 months during the first year of ownership for the power steering working intermittently when it went out you could barely steer the vehicle very dangerous, the rear shock leaked they replaced that the abs went out and the gas cap broke and couldn't loosen it to fill it. The dealer I purchased this vehicle from ended up refusing to work on it and many phone calls vanderhall had me take it 2 1/2 hours away to another dealership that deal fixed the steering so far then the radiator leaked had to take it by trailer again 2 1/2 hours again. The first deal lost some of the original correct hood screws this was all with not even 2000 miles on it. I asked for them to extend the factory warranty to cover six extra months because I was paying for a vehicle that I couldn't use and for 2 originally factory hood screws the said yeah yeah we will take care of you we will send screws we will help you with the warranty and again almost a year again and no one s**** and no one will get back to me this company is a joke don't buy anything from them

      When Vanderhall introduced the Brawley concept I knew this would be my next side by side, perhaps the most dynamic off road vehicle out there and I wanted one bad. I put in my reservation and they told me it would be 6-8 months which was fine. It is now well over two years later and every couple weeks I get an email that it will be in production very soon. NEVER HAPPENS. I have been trying to call them for 4 days and there is no way anyone will answer the phones regardless what department, they scrubbed there phone # from the website and most sources online. Imagine a company that refuses to take a phone call from a customer willing to drop 50-60K, I suggest anyone wanting to do business with this company to stay far away and look for another options. RICK H***- YOU SHOULD BE ASHAMED OF YOURSELF!!!

      I purchased a 2023 Vanderhall ****** and I must say it has been the worst experience I have ever had. First off, the dealership that represents them in ********************** was one that wasn't up to auto compliance and was forced to shut down. In the process of them running from the feds, my title paperwork was never processed so..no tag paperwork issued. Every 60 days i would have to reapply for a temp tag and the cost attached. I have had this bike for almost a year now and still temp tags! Also, now If there are any issues or if I need an oil change, my closes dealer now is in ******, **, 2 hrs. away. So during a short ride to a business in the area, I notice my check engine light on and the power has decresed to no faster than 1st gear. Being I only had it months, it's still under warranty. I called Power Motor Sports in ******, reached out to roadside Assitance and they got me in without a hitch. Fast forward a few months later and at only ***** miles, the check engine light is on again. I reached out to roadside again for a tow to have this bike towed to the closest place they have for service and they want to charge me $800.00 for the tow. It seems to be the hardest thing in the world to get people to do business with integrity. This bike is still under warranty been fixed once at a high cost of parts and service and should in no way be happening again. Please look into the companies that are representing your name because some of them are truly doing you guys a disservice. Also, Vanderhall needs to accept some responsibility as well.Spending Too Much Not To Be Able To Enjoy Because It's In The Shop 2hrs Away and a Fortune To Get Towed To...DO BETTER!!Signed Dismayed D
