    The saleswoman for this brand came to my job, INSISTED on bringing me samples, telling me how amazing the products are, went out of her way to bring them, even though I never asked, showed up with two full sized products and then told me she had to charge me. She insisted she was giving them to me at "rock bottom wholesale pricing." I told her I didn't want them, because I never asked for them and it's right before Christmas and I cannot afford the extra expense of $55. She asked what I COULD afford, I made up a number and she told me that was too low. I tried to tell her to keep them and she just kept going and going and finally, in my stupidity, I paid her. These products are no better than ***** ******. I was furious that I let her guilt me into paying her. The price was outrageous for "wholesale." I used to work for a wholesale distributor, so I'm not stupid when it comes to that. I looked up the prices on the website and retail price for both items was $60. So she also lied, telling me $55 was wholesale pricing. I ended up texting her to let her know that I felt taken advantage of and mentioned the pricing. She had the nerve to talk about her cost and how she pays shipping charges, etc. I told her that while I understand all that, I NEVER ORDERED THESE PRODUCTS FROM HER. She insisted numerous times on bringing me "samples." What is a sample in everyone else's mind? It's a SMALL AMOUNT of something you are given for free to try and see if you like it. She was manipulative and never refunded my money. I never asked for samples or anything. She pushed them on me and then charged me. I will never order anything from this company, thanks to her.

    I bought a Renuspa device ( very expensive) direct from a distributor a few months ago. It has been a nightmare. The device stopped working after 2 weeks and I reported it to the person who sold it to me. She gave me their customer service number and after 2 months and 3 calls I am screaming frustration. They refuse to help me. I can't give them the order number. I can't verify her account, because I am not her. She gave me her account number but that did not help. I am at my wits end with this. I literally would give up if this thing had not cost so much money. I am a senior citizen on a fixed, limited income and this was a huge amount of money to me.Right now I have No resolution and have tried 3 times to get a defective device replaced.

    I stumbled on this page and I am shocked about the negative reviews. The company policy is refundable for up to a year. I have never heard of someone using something for 2 years and then asking for a refund.. At any rate, I have had my Lumi Spa, my **** Spa, and my facial Spa, which I have used for 3 years with no problems and I love the products, they have helped my skin.

    I purchased a NuSkin LumiSpa a little over 2 years ago. In a few months after purchasing it, it stopped working; and the company refused to refund my money and would only replace it. I have had 7 defective LumiSpas in a 2- year period of time. I requested a refund on several, if not all, of my contacts with NuSkin about their LumiSpa. NuSkin has always refused to refund my money. The LumiSpa will only work for 1-3 months and will then stop working. You will continually have the same issue for the whole 2-year warranty period. You will spend the whole warranty time exchanging one defective product for another, while not having an operable product for most of the warranty time. NuSkin is selling a defective product and will only replace it with another defective product and refuses to refund the consumer's money - not a reparable way to do business. DO NOT PURCHASE A NUSKIN LUMISPA.

    My sister purchased the Lumispa for me as a birthday present. About a year into using it, it quit working and the company did replace it. The replacement has lasted about 2 years and has quit working again. On both devices the head just quit turning. I also had to replace the charging station twice and it broke as well. I sent them a email with the compliants and of course they want you to send them a bunch of documented invoices that I no longer have. I would really think twice before purchasing this product and it's clearly not worth the money.

    Don't use this company or their product . It is fraud and they lie. I signed up several doctors and had several patients sign up for those doctors and then they tell me I am not a brand rep and need to do certain things to become one. On top of that their website ***** it is impossible to sign up customers and then they try to hook you in to signing up for a monthly subscription. I recommend everyone stay as far away from this company and product as possible.

    I am having problems with the new subscription process. As a result, I was notified that I had been removed from that. A customer service rep helped me with my order for October so I do not know if I am back in the subscription mode or not. I lost my chance to have a September order even though I called customer service days before my shipment was to occur. Every change NuSkin has created with my placing orders has baffled me but I have always adjusted, but I feel completely at a loss with this new process. I love NuSkin products but I am a distributor so I wonder if this is a successful process for them.

    I have been taking some Nu Skin products for a several years now. I opened a new bottle of Youthloc and it had a foul odor. I opened up two more bottles and they were all the same. They had always had a nice scent and now they smell like rotting fish. I checked their website to find a way to contact them. I spent over an hour and could not find an email or anything to see what we can do about it. Its frustrating when companies dont make this information easily accessible and seems as if they dont want to be contacted.

    I have been with NuSkin since the late 1980's!!! Their products were always very good. However, over the years, they dropped many items that I was using and purchasing - never giving a warning that a product was being discontinued! For example, they had a great tinted moisturizer that I used for years. One day, it's gone and they have replaced it with a thick, goopy product that makes the skin look older than it is. They have also dropped lipsticks and blush, under eye concealer, alcohol-free hair spray, hair gel, again with no warning. But, more of an issue is that there's continuously a problem with "slippery" changes that are made. For example, last month I received a shipment that I did not order. I was told there was a change in their software, but the error is always in their favor. After phone calls, they did take the package back, but that meant a lot of effort on my part for their error. This month, I received an email that an order was going to ship out and the website would not let me change the date until next month. Sadly, they used to have excellent products. Now, they are overpriced and you constantly have to keep an eye on this company. I do not recommend affiliating with them. Save yourself a lot of work and headaches cleaning up their "errors".

    Nu Skin is constantly striving to make improvements in all areas of our business, so we appreciate this feedback. From time to time, the company will review its product portfolio and look at market demand, manufacturing costs, and supply chain management. As we regularly review and evaluate these factors, they can sometimes lead to product discontinuations. Nonetheless, we are saddened to hear when a customers favorite Nu Skin products are no longer available. While we understand that ******************** recently terminated her Nu Skin account, we value her many years as a customer and wish her the best in all future endeavors.
