  They promise the moon and then hit you with a meteorite. Do not work for this company ever. They lied to my family about a job position when I moved they said they had no such position and that I was better qualified for maintenance. I was harassed for two years by the staff in ****** instead of reporting it my boss and the *** ignored the comments. Oh the *** is ********************* who refused to listen to anything I said. I have a Bachelors of business admin Computer science degree and a Masters how was I unqualified? This place needs to go out of business and make room for a real company that cares for its employees no benefits min wage and understaffed.

  I live in ************. The manigment is rude. They state its a family friendly community but yet visitors have to pay to come visit while the actuall residents my over $1000 for rent each month. Too expensive for a mobile home park. Not to mention if we have to pay that much the visitor parking should be includef in that that way family doesnt have to pay to come visit. Nothing but a greedy company.

  This company is the most unprofessional i have ever seen!!!!!. The property manager is just as Horrible as the corporate office. I own a home and bought another in the same development, gave $9k non refundable with a completion date of 1/1/2024. Every month i saw the house in the front on the trailer with nothing getting finished. The home was finally placed on the lot on 3/9/2024. The Property manager kept saying it would be done by the 1st of every month there after. It is now 7/1/2024 and it is still not complete and nobody is ever working to complete it. When i asked the property manager on site when it will be done, he said because it was his day off he will call the police for harassment if i ever come to him again. They have not only 9K they have 70K that i put down. When i try to contact corporate the number is out of service. What a JOKE this company is and i WARN anyone who gets involved with them. ZERO STARS if it was an option. Companies like this should be out of business but the way the ratings and the disconnected phone are, it wont be long!!! BUYER BEWARE.

  They are VERY unprofessional and have NO concern for any residents. They might as well not exist because the entire company is unresponsive! I have been trying to contact them by phone and email for OVER A YEAR. They have to be one of the most diabolical property management companies in the **. They don't respond to phone calls, emails or anything else. But if you are late on rent they jump on you immediately! They are rent collectors without a heart and prefer litigation over actual management. Their utter lack of response is pathetic. They ignore laws and prey on seniors and others who don't have the means to fight them. All I can say is buyer beware. I pitty any one who ends up under their thumb. They need to be investigated and shut down.I am a senior on disability. All I wanted to do is discuss the rent enormous increases every year.They might as well not exist, as they seem to want to be invisible. Well they treat tenants like they are invisible. There are NUMEROUS reviews on this company.......ALL BAD!

  Mi madre es una persona mayor ************* que ha sido acosada por Kingsley Management y ********************** en *******, **********. Su salud se ha vuelto tan grave por haber sido acosada y amenazada con el desalojo que ahora se encuentra en estado crtico. Kingsley insiste en acelerar el desalojo y solo pinta su descripcin inexacta de por qu un inquilino es desalojado solo para obligar al inquilino a una venta corta o abandonar su casa pagada. Invert y cuid de la casa de mi madre y obedec las reglas del parque excesivamente abusivas solo para que se aprovecharan de ***** El administrador del parque ha hecho esto a otros y hay varias demandas colectivas. Kingsley est practicando maliciosamente y ver justicia para mi amada madre.My mother is a disabled senior citizen who has been harassed by Kingsley Management and ********************** in ******* **********. Her health has gotten so severe from being harassed and threatened with eviction that she is now in critical condition. Kingsley insists on expediting the eviction and only paints their inaccurate portrayal of why a tenant is evicted only to force the tenant into a short sale or abandon their paid off home. I invested and took care of my mothers home and obeyed ****** abusive park rules only for her to be taken advantage of. The park manager has done this to others and there are several class action lawsuits. Kingsley is practicing maliciously and will see justice for one day.

  I'm being evicted over my service animals even though I have all the paperwork that is needed for them, the new manager is saying we signed a lease and we in fact did not sign anything , the new manager is rude and arrogant!!!I would leave 0 stars if I could

  Bought a home back in August 2022. Many residents have issues with Management. over charging for water bills, people losing their homes on top of the lot rent water bills anywhere from ****** to ******* a month. I have and also other residents written and have signatures of delivery of certified mail, the *** ********************* and ***************** office in ********, attempted to call can never get to speak to him. I've also contacted and have proof of delivery of letters to local news stations in ********, sent a fax to the Department in ******** and *************** and proof of delivery still no emails etc. Went to the ************************, spoke to them. The management team in the Mobile Home Park ******************* are doing causing people to lose their homes. The Manager and Office personnel are putting in water reads manually cause they don't have the correct equipment, so it takes them about 2 days to put in their reads. I found out also the home I bought the title was never signed by the previous home owner she gave the home back cause of her being ill. I had issues getting DTE to put utilities into my name, cause the complex never put in their name. Alot of the residents are attempting to go through the correct channels with no help, not even the ***************** from the ******** pages within the community, some don't say much cause when they do, management picks with them. This Company has already been sued by two States Attorney Generals In ********, and *******. Many complaints not being answered from **** Nor ********. Their office in ***************** apparently doesn't have a forwarding address any longer. In the complex there are over 700 Homes. When you get into it with management and her husband who is the maintence supervisor they tell people if they don't like it move and add extra to water bills, or send out notices about your lot rent won't be renewed. In this complex you buy only, many court cases people losing homes with mortgage companies.
