              Me and my family moved into what we thought was an amazing townhouse. The neighborhood was great and as we have a 1 year old we loved the space for her to run. We signed a 16 month lease thinking we would want to resign at the end of it. Unfortunately the day we moved in we already had problems. There were no blinds, no garage door openers, dishwasher broken, and NO A/C! We had contacted management what feels like hundreds of times with no response. Since there was no A/C and no blinds to block the heat in the middle of summer our daughter got heatstroke just from being in the home. We tried getting contact information for the owners or someone who could help more but to no avail. Once I finally had enough and threatened legal action they decided to sell the place out from under us and cancel our lease. Leaving us to move out in the middle of a heave wave. We have tried to contact them still after we had moved out because they continued to add rent charges for months after we had moved out. We are still getting no response. We have spoken to tenants that used to live there and found out they had the same problems as us and did go through with legal action. DO NOT RENT FROM THESE HORRIBLE PEOPLE! and just to mention we never had a late rent payment the whole time we lived there.

              Vision real estate has discriminated against my roommate and I they are trying to throw us out of our apartment because my partner smokes/vapes. She does not do so within the building or in the complex he goes across the street to do it but they say that he cannot smoke or vape since when does an apartment complex have the authority or right to tell somebody whether or not they can smoke that is not their place and its not right Ive lived in that building for 10 years now and now Im gonna be thrown out because my partner smokes but theres other people that smoke in the complex and have done so for years I understand that they get to determine whether or not somebody lives in their complex whatever but this to me seems like a clear case of discrimination they Didnt even ask or bother to ask if he smoked on the property or if it goes off the property they just immediately issued us a 30 day termination. When I asked the property manager if he could get clarification on that because it seems unfair that if a person goes off the property to smoke why is there any issue?

As stated in the lease agreement, smoking is prohibited, and we take any violations seriously to maintain our community standards.When you applied for a roommate, we discovered that he not only smokes, which is against our policy, but also has been living in the unit without authorization. These factors, combined with your past financial history with us, led to the decision to serve a Notice to Vacate. We did not take this action lightly; it was necessary to uphold the integrity of our leasing terms.Regarding your comments about discrimination, I assure you that we are committed to treating all residents and applicants fairly, regardless of their background. Our decisions are based solely on adherence to the lease agreement and community rules.Thank you for your understanding.
