      i placed an order for windows, i was told it would take 12 weeks to get my windows. the next day i called to change my order and they said they cannot change it. so i asked to cancel my order and they said that would be impossible. if my order takes 12 weeks to process then i can cancel it within 2 days. and they can pull it off their que for production.
