    I purchased a ring sizer from this company in June 2024 for my wedding in October 2024. Based upon the plastic rind sizer and their sizing instructions, I selected a certain size ring. After wearing the wedding band for two (2) after my wedding, the ring was too small and did not fit correctly. The ring fit tighter than the sizer. I contacted the company to exchange the ring for a different size, and was told that they charge $560 (plus shipping) to complete a size exchange, and cited company policies. The basis of this complaint is the inaccurate size guide, leading me to purchase a ring that is too small. The company also entraps its customers and does not let them return their purchased goods for the correct size without paying an obscene amount of money. Frankly, I have never dealt with service like this from any other company before. Especially in the wedding industry, it is very common for rings to be resized. Their policies, customer service and ring quality are horrible and they clearly only care about making money off of you, not your actual satisfaction or quality product. Definitely spend your hard earned money somewhere else for a ring.
