Only giving 1 star because I can't give zero. I'm sharing our experience because I wish I could go back and read the reviews before going to them. My home may or not be safe. I no longer know if I can trust my RV's electrical system because of the multiple lies we were told by Ray Citte employees during the 2 week project that was quoted as only needing 2 days. During that time, we were told they had the inverter in stock that we needed... Only to later be told they were waiting on that part and that they had told us they had to order the larger one. Then to also even later be told they need to order larger wires for the inverter as well. In addition to not having the parts on hand as we were told, they also decided they couldn't honor the military discount on the parts which they also assured us at the initial assessment would be applied to all parts. They also attempted charging us for two batteries, which we purchased and brought in ourselves. To which, the response was "parts didn't know you'd brought those in".We spoke with the manager **** several times during this process. The final agreement was a discount on labor to cover the costs of their lies. The discount didn't cover it, but that is what was offered.
