    We had an A/C unit that was failing after 20 years. Called ******* to have them service/repair the unit. They diagnosed the problem (leaking freon) and advised they could repair the unit but that I should begin shopping for a replacement. I took their advice and also asked for a quote for replacement. ******* offered multiple options form low end replacement of the A/C unit to complete replacement of the A/C and furnace with a Heat Pump system. After comparing current and future costs and weighing the advantages of all options, it made the most sense to go the Heat Pump route. With the current rebates offered by local utility companies and the Federal Tax credit, the net cost was more expensive in the short term but the long term advantages were enough of an offset. Kudos to ******* for showing us all the options without any pressure. Their service personnel, sales personnel and installation personnel were all truthful, honest and professional. So much so that we have recommended ******* to friends and family and 100% have had the same experience. This is how every company should operate.
