      I purchased a rainbow cleaning system on Jan 15, 2022 . One of the attachments to the system quit working in January of 2023. According to the "warranty", the parts are covered for 4 years. I contacted the local service representative, and tried to meet up with him to exchange the attachment a few different times. He was only in my area a limited amount of days. I was eventually told by this representative that the office in my town had been closed and he was no longer employed with this business. He directed me to contact the office manager, Dawn, to move forward with getting this attachment fixed or replace. I first contacted Dawn on March 21. She was in my town, but with a short notice, I was unable to meet up with her. She then told me she would be back into town mid April. I told her I could meet up with her then. She responded and told me it would be easier to ship a new part to me and asked me for my address. I gave her my address on March 22nd. No package was ever delivered. April 19th, I again contacted Dawn to see if she had sent this attachment. NO RESPONSE from her. I made a phone call to the Clean Air Stores office on April 21st and spoke with Dawn. Again, she asked me for my address and stated she would be sending it out asap. No package received. May 4th, I contacted Dawn again via text. She responded and said she was sending the attachment, with a box of free fragrances. May 12th, no package. Sent a text to Dawn, with NO response. May 19th, sent another text explaining my frustration. Dawn proceeds to tell me that she sent a new attachment and asks me, "what is your issue now?" At this point, I am extremely upset and let her know I have never received a single package. She stated that all I needed to do was let her know. I have attempted to do this over and over again. Dawn stated that Fedex "tried" to deliver a package, but no one was there to sign for it. It is now May 31st and I am still attempting to resolve this matter. VERY FRUSTRATING!!!
