I purchased a pair of earrings from the Company and never received it. I emailed and messaged the Company about my earrings being shipped out or not. The Company wasn’t able to provide me a response about the outcome of my earrings. I purchased jewelry from a consultant. I paid all my invoices and never received the product. I had written multiple times to them and no one can fix my problem recently contacted them again and they pretty much said there was nothing they can do. I bought products from a consultant and she holds onto the stuff for over months on end. I’ve had numerous issues with her and it literally have to beg to get my product from her. She has my money but I don’t have my items and she tells me, oh the jewelry is more important to me. I tell her she’s got my money, and yes the jewelry is important to me because she has my money and I don’t have my product . I want my product and she tells me I’ll get it when she’s able to mail it out. The person name is Brianne McCoy-Stednitz . I joined paparazzi as a consultant. CID ****** buying wholesale accessories. Paparazzi charges me taxes and says it will remit those taxes to my state but never provides documentation of tax payments made. I have provided my business sales and use tax documentation but I’m paying sales tax on items I haven’t sold. The tax they are charging me are higher than my state taxes as well. I have sent everything they ask for to avoid charging me taxes but they always request something else. Then it is you can charge your customers taxes if you want to recoup but I can only charge taxes in my state and at my states rate. It then becomes impossible to make a profit. I would like my taxes paid refunded. I file my own business taxes. I do not want to leave the company but do not want to be charged for taxes without the ability to report the payments to my states tax department correctly.Initial Complaint

I made the mistake of joining Paparazzi with the $99 kit, and when I received the kit, I was disappointed to find that the jewelry looked cheap and ugly, and some of it was even damaged. I immediately reached out to Paparazzi for a refund, but instead of helping me, they canceled my consultant account and told me to submit a return request for the damaged jewelry. I am confused about how I can return broken jewelry, and I am without the money that I invested. To make matters worse, the lady that I joined under never informed me about Paparazzi's policies, leaving me in the dark about important information that could have prevented this situation. The customer service that I received from Paparazzi has been rude and hateful towards me, and I am incredibly disappointed with the way that they have handled this situation. I don't know what to do. HELP! At this point, I am considering seeking legal action to retrieve my investment.Initial Complaint

On 12/19/22 I placed an order. My address was updated prior to this order as shipments from this company have arrived to my current address prior to this order. On 12/27/22 I informed the company that the product was shipped to the wrong address. Paparazzi is taking the position that they absolutely intend to keep my money without replacing the product or offering a credit to reorder the product. This is their position while fully acknowledging that they are aware I have not received the products I paid them for. They claim they are unable to assist. This is simply not true. Hello. My name is ******* ****, I don’t know what happen, I was talking with someone about my account and I was told if i get what I needed in by June I was good for the up coming year. When I called in they said she told me right but that not how it was explain to me she said I was good for the rest of the year. I love this business and know my account is close I need some help please! I did not even get an email saying that it was about to be canceled if i knew that i need pieces for July I would have made sure of if i have been up and down sick this really keep me going I just feel like it was not explain like right to me because I told the person on the phone that I did not want my account canceled and she said that it would not be that I was good until the next year 2023. I am a previous consultant i spent THOUSANDS on inventory in less than 2 yrs during the pandemic. I still have a most of everything I purchased it’s a HUGE amount of inventory. I was removed without notice as a consultant because I didn’t purchase enough in one year despite buying 10x more than necessary my first yr and cannot access any of my “back office” purchase information or even contact anyone! Now im stuck with all this inventory because no one wants to purchase due to the false lead and nickle free claims! What can i do!?
