Webbank owns the company Klarna. Klarna will take money out of customers accounts without processing orders. Call customer service and they continuously say they can’t help and have to call bank to have payment reversed. Call bank and they say no Klarna has to release funds or a dispute will be mad after 5 business days. WHY WOULD THEY TAKE THE MONEY BEFORE PROCESSING THE ORDER. It’s stealing and has caused me trauma and fear to make purchase through online companies as such again.Business Response

After a gazillion attempts the credit card Avant from this bank does not allow meto access my account online which I need to monitor and pay my bill. They are extremely unhelpful in resolving this problem.Business Response

I have informed Webbank that my identity has been compromised in a data breach and I have asked them to validate the debt that they are reporting to my consumer report. They have continuously responded not providing any attachments, any signed contracts, any proof of purchases or transactions. They are reporting this credit lined as opened with no accurate payment history, balance or monthly pay data which is significantly impacting my creditworthiness. I have attempted to resolve this amicably and despite their awareness of my complaint, they continue to validate and furnish this information that does not belong to me and is inaccurate.Business Response

I am rejecting this response because: I am telling you that I DID NOT open this account. You continue to assert that it was opened with my name, and you have not provided proof of my physical signature or proof of my identity in accepting this credit application. As shown by your response, I have been writing to you since July regarding this matter and each time for a period of about 7 months now, you continue to completely disregard my demand for compliance. I demand that you immediately delete my personal information and cease and desist your inaccurate and incomplete reporting of this account that was opened with my name and NOT mine.

I appreciate your response regarding my BBB complaint (Ref. No.: ********). However, your reply does not adequately address my concerns. My complaint is not about a specific account but rather about the misrepresentation of WebBank’s name in debt collection efforts by Gurstel Law Firm, P.C. and Velocity Investments, LLC in the legal proceedings against me (Case # ************, Superior Court of Arizona).
To clarify, I am requesting answers to the following questions regarding WebBank’s relationship with these entities, not information about an individual account:
1. Relationship with Gurstel Law Firm
Has WebBank authorized Gurstel Law Firm, P.C. to act on its behalf in debt collection or legal matters?
If not, is WebBank aware that Gurstel Law Firm has represented itself as acting on WebBank’s behalf?
2. Assignment of Debt to Velocity Investments, LLC
Did WebBank directly assign, sell, or transfer my alleged debt to Velocity Investments, LLC?
If so, can you provide documentation proving that WebBank authorized Velocity Investments to pursue legal action under WebBank’s name?
If not, does WebBank disavow any involvement in this legal action?
3. WebBank’s Position on the Use of Its Name
Does WebBank confirm that it has no direct involvement in the lawsuit filed by Velocity Investments, LLC against me?
If WebBank did not authorize this lawsuit, will WebBank provide a written statement confirming that it has not engaged or authorized either entity to act on its behalf?
This clarification is critical because Gurstel Law Firm and Velocity Investments have misrepresented themselves as acting on WebBank’s behalf. If WebBank has no direct involvement in this case, then the Plaintiff's claims in litigation may be based on misrepresentation.
If WebBank maintains that it has no relationship with these entities in this matter, I request a formal written statement confirming that WebBank has not authorized or assigned my debt to Velocity Investments, LLC, nor retained Gurstel Law Firm to act on its behalf.

I even called in and told the lady I will be homeless cause of their mistake. I told them I have to hold a certain credit score to live at my home. I do not have never had any accounts with the bank. I do not have financial obligation contract or any financial agreement with this company for some reason they report on my credit bureau using the account number*************. I have contacted this company on several occasions of in 3/5/2022, 11/20/2022 and most recently 3/12/2024.
