Avant- credit card I talked to a representative he put me on a hardship program told me to disregard the payment due. Just make a 150 before December 11. Now I received a 30 day late on my credit report. I need that to be removed asap. I can’t even log into my credit card account.

I am rejecting this response because:this is not true the person I spoke to. Informed me my credit wasn’t going to be affected. I even called in and told the lady I will be homeless cause of their mistake. I told them I have to hold a certain credit score to live at my home. Cause if their reckless mistake I will be kicked out. Please remove it asap

I do not have never had any accounts with the bank. I do not have financial obligation contract or any financial agreement with this company for some reason they report on my credit bureau using the account number*************. I have contacted this company on several occasions of in 3/5/2022, 11/20/2022 and most recently 3/12/2024. I asked for a copy of signed contracts, but they were not able to provide this information.Business response

I am writing to formally dispute several unauthorized credit inquiries that have appeared on my credit report. As a victim of identity theft, I take these errors very seriously and demand immediate action. I have filed a complaint with IdentityTheft.gov, and copies of the complaint are enclosed for your reference. The following inquiries are fraudulent and were made without my knowledge or consent: WEBBANK/AVANT LLC - Inquiry Date: 27-Mar-23 I demand that your bureau conduct a thorough investigation into these matters and remove all unauthorized inquiries from my credit report.Business response

I am not liable with this debt from WEBBANK and I DO NOT HAVE A CONTRACT WITH FINGERHUT. They did not provide me with the original application like i requested.Business response
