  My name is REMOVEDand i started a company called REMOVEDwith the goal of creating a software to combat scammers who use account takeover tactics and social engineering to obtain sensitive information from banks and financial institutions. I have created the prototype and framework, and had begun looking for a software development company that would be able to help me take my prototype to a fully functional commercial system. I came across Trango Tech and vetted the company through many sites and checked accredation, and from what I could see from the outside the company looked completely legitimate. I have spent the past 4 months speaking with the individuals I have listed in this report via email, many different google meet calls, and all of them had been just over voice calls, but some included sharing screens showing different portions of plan and overall template outlines for a proposal that they are creating for me to develop the full system. I was digging into it more after having sent them proprietary business plans and system outlines as well as some source code, and I came across some different stories from different people who had paid them and stated that they were holding their data hostage and refusing to refund their money. As a result of that find, I am reporting this information, have sent an email that states there will be legal actions taken if they do not comply including me taking the NDA I had them sign to court, as well as the fact that they need to have to immediately delete all proprietary data per the NDA agreement that their representative Jacob Lowden signed. I also confirm the other individuals involved were REMOVEDwho were named as "Partners". They have never been timely, state they will call the next day and take weeks for response. Overall sketchy and pulled all info. FBI report has been filed.

  Trango Tech was contracted to complete an APP started by another company. After the review of the APP and the work to be performed I was quoted $7,500. A Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) for services was generated by the County Law Department, reflecting the terms set by Trango Tech for APP completion and delivery. According to their contract the work was to be completed within 30 days of contract execution. Following the processing of the contract the first payment was surrendered by the purchasing department in the amount of $3,500 in May. Following the delivery of the first payment the balance was requested 30 before the work would be surrendered. Despite being concerned about surrendering payment in full, the $4,000 balance was released in July 2023. The project was uploaded in TestFlight on September 11th, but it could not be viewed using the test code supplied by Trango Tech. I engaged our IT Dept. after Trango Tech made several claims that information was sent we had not received. Also, they confirmed the code was not valid. Finally on September 13, 2023 I received a code for TestFlight that provided access to the APP demo. This delivery came 60 days after the project should have been complete if we were using the date the final payment was made. However, if we used the date the initial payment was received the product was delivered 4 months late and incomplete.Once access to TestFlight was granted, revisions were submitted on September 15th - but have not been made and cannot be viewed in TestFlight. To date countless emails, and calls have led to numerous broken promises by TrangoTech to act and deliver the final product. Requests for meeting go unanswered and days turn to weeks with no reply or product delivery. When reached on the phone promises to have Jane MREMOVEDand Sha RREMOVEDreturn the call does not occur. We are given excuses ranging from product delivery being affected by issues in Dubai to internal hold-ups that result in apologies.
