      Shopmium is a mobile app that offers cash rewards for purchasing specific products. When users upload receipts for qualifying purchases, Shopmium provides a cash bonus. Yesterday, after uploading my first purchase receipt, my account was unexpectedly blocked without any explanation. I am requesting that my account be unlocked, that the cash reward for my purchase be issued, or that I receive a detailed explanation for why my account was blocked.

      Transaction Date 6/18/24 I had two receipts that even though I am supposed to get rebate, the website is unresponsive. In total, I am seeking $6.5 in rebate I contacted customer support, not only are they NOT helpful, its been 3 weeks and I keep getting same responses over and over, it would seem NO one has actually read the transcript. Furthermore, its been 3 weeks and I have not got any support. When I requested to speak w supervisor, no one responsed

      I downloaded the app and followed all the directions however, when it comes time to withdraw the money I made, the app doesn’t work. I contacted customer service and they said they would look into it. It’s been over a month and they never resolved my issue. When I asked to speak with leadership, they started to ignore my emails. The last 2 weeks, they have been mute and closed my ticket without resolution. This app is a scam and they do not pay out. They only collect your information and data for their own use.

      Missing cash back even though I’ve sent documented proof of purchase within policy terms. Tried contacting customer service 3+ times with no luck. I’m either getting a bot or a poorly trained representative unwilling to actually think critically and address my issue instead of copying and pasting the same response over and over again. I am trying to communicate a legitimate issue with their system (you can add items to a Walmart order but the order date does not change so then their system is flagging that the coupon was not activated prior to purchase even though it was) without success. I’m so frustrated that I can’t get a decent customer service response.

      Shopmium had an offer for a free can of Lysol sanitizer spray. I purchased the can and tried to submit my receipt and received an error message. I wrote to them explaining the situation and submitted a picture of receipt. They said they would look into it. Every two weeks I get an email saying they are still looking into it. It has been four months now with absolutely no progress, just a form letter every couple weeks saying they are still working on it. I don’t know what there is to work on. They have my email address to be able to PayPal me, they have my receipt showing I made the purchase. All they literally have to do is send me $7.29, but instead they keep dragging their feet and making excuses.

      I have been blocked on coupons.com and now Shopmium is blocking me to participate on their website . I get that you can’t use both websites. Why am I being blocked on Shopmium when coupons.com is no king in existence?

      I just recently submitted a receipt for items I legally purchased. I received an error message duplicate sales transaction. I want an explanation of this. I'm supposed to receive a total of $11 back for this purchase that would go to my paypal. I have authorization to post this on your website as well.
