I put my own money in a coinzoom account and now I want to withdraw it. I had moved since I originally put my money into coinzoom. I followed their prompt to properly change my address to pull my money out of my coinzoom account. They kept telling me to contact support and after 4 days they finally responded with an email to send updated address but still no money in my account. I would like stat this company does not help their customers and makes everything harder to get your own money out of your account. I would like all my moeny out of my account asap.Business Response

I have been an investor with CoinZoom crypto Exchange for quite some time. My account has been frozen now and I am unable to withdraw my money from the account. ********************** is forcing me to pay so-called Service Fees before any withdrawal are approved/permitted. ******** care very poor!Tweeted them about 2 days ago about why my Coinzoom AN & RN for deposit is not showing rather it's saying "temporary not available". They chose to ignore yet tweeting couples hours in-between.Funny enough, I am expecting a direct deposit into my coinzoom account with that same information which was suppose to have reflected yesterday 03/01/2024 but till now hasn't reflected and yet no reasonable response from them.Very very bad for a platformBusiness Response

This app is a phishing app collecting personal information. First a scammer contacts you pretending to be your friend. The scammer asks you to download the app they like, in this case the CoinZoomPro. They ask you to complete the verification process. When you do, the app simply rejects your data! You provided to them your governmental ID shots, your picture etc, and they reject it and ask to contact the customer service for assistance. The phone, when you finally find it in BBB database, doesn’t answer!Business Response

On January 19th I invested in Coinzoom to buy Bitcoins. I was trying to make transaction so I can send it to a love one. They said I have to wait almost month so any transactions. There’s no where that they warn that they hold your money for almost a month. So I got in contact with a customer service representative. They told me I can’t get my money back until the time is up. So I filed a dispute with bank (PNC) to get my money back. CoinZoom won’t answer or respond bac to any attempt my bank has made to get my refund. They blocked my account. Again I got in contact with another rep to try to resolve this matter, they told me I can’t get my money back until the dispute is cleared. My bank said it can take up to 6 months for the dispute to be settled and I might still not get my money back.Business Response

All deposits made to CoinZoom are subject to standard hold times, which are clearly disclosed to all users prior to being able to make a deposit. Because the deposit you initiated was then charged back by you, your account was subsequently suspended as this is a violation of our terms of use stated on the CoinZoom website and which all users agree to upon account creation (**********************************************).
