    I believe that the service is doing just fine. Its been one day, but Im glad I got it for my daughter to help her better understand whats being communicated to her via telephone. Our representative was beautifully professional, and Gave answers to all questions and concerns. I hope ******* Call remains with us!

    It is NOT safe for their techs to come into your house! The tech I had flirted and winked told me how cute I was, and wanted a hug before leaving! I left a scathing complaint with the company who amazingly, didn't have any record of me. This phone has been around forever now, get it from another company.

    Company tells you you have an appointment to set up the caption phone and they dont show up and they dont tell the truth ! Are they taking advantage of the government for money ! The person on the phone would not give me the complaint number!! **** like older people are being taken advantage of !!!

    This place is stealing money from the government. It used to be that when someone wanted their phone calls captioned, they had to click a button to start the captioning service, but then They changed their phones so that all phones calls automatically use the captioning service, so most of the time the captioning service is completely pointless. They did this because they get more federal funding the more captioning they do. Me and my co-workers could easily tell that our service was completely pointless most of the time. Terrible company

    Bunch of losers got sued and unjustly fired everybody. Its all over the internet. I was one of the employees that was let go with no warning. They tried to spin it all over to cover it up, and it was so pathetic. **************** Garbage leadership. Stay away

    My mother who is hard of hearing got this phone a few years ago. It worked more often, but usually the transcription is pretty bad. Sometimes its very bad. Sometimes there is transcription. When I called headquarters, they would say "its your internet". Plug and unplug. We do that, and recently there is NO service at all. I don't know why the government funds this company. It should not. I will be changing out service. My hearing company has another vendor that they are promoting (no longer Caption Call). I will try them out. Maybe they will be better.

    Horrible the ****************** should not subsidies this company. First phone installed didn't work 5 minutes after the installer left. Called the installer he can come back the next day and replaced the phone. The second phone worked for a few hours then started acting up not working properly. Then the phone started to shut off by itself and I had to unplug it and plug it in again to get to work. This went on for several days. Now this time it shut itself off for good. I unplugged and put the plug back in. It won't turn on now. How come the government pays a company that has faulty equipment and they still get the money from our goverment. I am going to write to my Senator and Congress man to report how this company does business.

    I have had so much trouble with Captioncall. It is not usurer friendly at all and I like to fix things myself without someone coming out but that does not happen now. I will probably go to an other company or so on.

    I have a CaptionCall phone. And I have had numerous problems with the service provider and the phone. I have contacted them on several occasions regarding the issues I have and is still experiencing with the phone and also with the staff that is suppose to translate my calls. I am told to unplug the phone etc etc. Have tried this on numerous occasions and I'm still having the same issues. I have servere hearing lost and I am so disappointed with CaptionCall and how customer service staff and technical staff have addressed my concerns. I am now in the process of contacting the *** to see if there is another hearing company that can help me and give me a better solution to caption calls.

    If I could get below a 5 star I would. This service is horrible and the federal government should not subsidize such as pitiful service. I'm sure the typists think it is a big joke, but when I'm miles away from my 95 year old mother and trying to communicate with her it is not funny to me!!!!!
