    I placed an order on 02/24/25. The order was confirmed and the money withdrawn from my account. 4 days later without any explanation or warning they canceled my order and refunded my money. When I contacted them asking for a response, ***** said oh well sorry and blamed it on my bank. Sorry ***** it had nothing to do with my bank, it was you and for some reason dont want to give me answer.

    I ordered a box of ration bars for $298.00 from My Patriot Supply. They were received within days, however, the ration bars were not as advertised. They were dry, tasted like sawdust and were inedible. I asked for a refund and all they offered was that I return the items and PAY for shipping or a $60.00 in-store credit. This is the worst product I have ever received and the worst "product guarantee" promise ever. ******* H

    I purchased a small container of vegetable seeds for $39.95 and I end up getting 2 big boxes 1 with 3 bottles in each that costed $148.38 each so I got charged right at $300 for seeds I didn't order later I I got the one I did order. I sent messages and was told sorry and would give 20% off for me to keep them I could only return 1 and it would cost more in *** fees to return. I emailed back that was an error on there end and I was disappointed ordering even the one now. I feel like me and others have been scammed. I requested my money back. I went to *** on 10/19/24 and paid $45 per box to send them back and each box costed $148.38 I will probably not see a ***** but I will warn people not to order from here now.

Upon researching, I do see that you placed an order on 09/14/2024. We received an email overnight on 9/16/2024 stating that you saw multiple charges and that you only intended to get one order. On 9/17/2024, our representative explained via email that you had placed 3 separate orders and provided the charges as well as the tracking numbers available for each order; he then offered options for resolution, one being a 30% refund, while keeping the products received. An alternate option was to return the items you did not want, and simply call us to provide the return tracking number. (The return address, as well our telephone number, was provided in the email for your convenience.) When we did not hear from you, we followed up with an email on 09/21/2024 to let you know we were still awaiting your response, but we sadly did not hear back from you. We once again attempted to reach you today on 10/23/2024 by phone and email but were unsuccessful in connecting with you; we did leave a voicemail on the telephone number associated with your account though.Please rest assured that we are committed to turning your experience around and ensuring that you feel confident in our dedication to quality and service excellence.     We just went through hurricane ****** and we were without electricity for 6 days so we decided to use our emergency food from My Patriot Supply. We tried the following items. The Franklin ****** was good although my wife found that the portion to water ratio was too strong, my experience was the portion was correct. The second item we tried was the Macaroni and Cheese. We found that the serving was too large for two people and the preparing instructions for a survival situation was too complicated as water on a camp fire would have to be boiled and then the product added to 4 1/2 cups of water and then boiled for another 20 minutes. The end result was overcooked macaroni and water downed cheese sauce. The taste was not appetizing at all and again the portion amount for wasted as it was for more like 6 people. The third item we tried was the Strawberry flavored Cream of Wheat. We learned our ****** on following the directions by adding too much water so we cut the water in half. If did cook up correct but the after taste was awful. It was difficult to eat as it had a very bad aftertaste. The taste was not of strawberries nor of Cream of Wheat.Portion size of these products should be reviewed and changed because especially the Cream of Wheat, to waste that much food because it was not edible. This could have been something in a dire situation that could be portioned out and eaten later cold, but because of the taste you would only eat it if you were *********** concern is that we have quite a bit of this product and are very disappointed in the taste and portion size and taste. We did not expect these products to taste this bad and now are concerned about the amount of food we have that we will never eat.If you had the option we would return all of this to My Patriot Supply and order for another company because our desire is to have emergency food on hand for such a situation and this was very disappointing.

    I have spent an inordinate amount of time and energy researching, ordering, and receiving products from various companies in the survival food arena, to include My Patriot Supply/Ready Hour Products, I can attest, with absolute validation, that every product received from My Patriot Supply has met or exceeded my expectations and has exceeded competitors across a gamut of issues. **************** has been the very best among all companies. Most importantly, every single product I have received has been without flaw. Every #** can/other has arrived with extensive bubble wrap and other measures to prevent denting or other damage during shipment, unlike their competitors, where sometimes every can has arrived damaged. Most of the competitors are responsive to replace, but this is an inconvenience that I have avoided with My Patriot Supply. After ************ the past month, **0% of my orders from My Patriot Supply (actually quite a bit of product) has arrive intact and very well packaged. While there are some items that I want that are not always available through My Patriot Supply, they are my first go-to company for most everything I need. You guys are the best out there, by far!*** *******

    They sent my product to the wrong address. I called and the person I spoke to was extremely uncaring and unhelpful. Someone, more pleasant sent a message later, but did not follow through. The **** indicates the item was returned, yet they have charged my credit card. This is a shameless scam and I am very disappointed. I am a veteran and got fooled by their name. If they are that desperate for money, this is not the best way to do it. Shameful

    Hello,I wanted to add that after deep diving ******************** issue, we discovered that he erroneously entered an incorrect **** address on the order. The city and zip code did not align, per ****, and the items he ordered were returned to sender (our company).We offered to reship the items to the customer's correct address or refund the item. **************** opted for a refund and we happily obliged, providing him with a refund on 7/26/2024. We also offered ****************, out of courtesy and respect for his military service, a $25 credit for him to enjoy as he wishes.We do hope that this satisfactorily satisfies our valued customer.

    Like some have already said, this company is a sham. To return an item will cost me $500. No one should by from these folks. I have orderd and recieved incomplete items, not resolution. ******, who I suspect does not exist, replies, but, not after challenged. They sell stuff that does not work.
